PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Within the GA&X framework, the

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • Contributes and works on sub projects and activities with moderate level of complexity as SAP Trusted Authorization Review (STAR), Customer Measurement Services, remote and onsite audits, Digital Access Evaluation Services, and supplementary Audit Services, with a focus on increasing license adoption, metering, and consumption.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver Premium Services, including global engagements, and support the team in achieving excellence in service delivery.

  • Perform noncomplex license audits and customer measurement or enablement services, assisting customers and sales teams with licensing or measurement inquiries and challenges.

  • Assist projects with multiple stakeholders, responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned sub projects, contributes to milestones.

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in license measurement and adoption, leveraging historical experience to support the development of innovative methods and practices within the GA&X community.

  • Proactively identify and address issues with tools or processes and recommend actionable solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in economics, Information Technology, or a related field is required. This foundational education will support the analytical and technical demands of the role.

  • Experience: Candidates must bring a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally within areas related to license management, software asset management, or IT services.

  • Analytical Expertise: Analytical abilities are essential. You should be adept at dissecting issues and employing logical problem-solving strategies to address challenges efficiently.

  • Communication Skills: Be a clear communicator, in a way that others can understand within defined processes & policies. Required Experience:
