  • Learn about and create automated tests
  • Present LoBs the functionality for ServiceNow On-Call and guide them to the self-onboarding process.
  • Discuss On-Call demands
  • Creating release notes

  • Preferred fields of study: Bachelor or Master students of Business, Engineering or Technology with at least 3 semesters left to finish studies.
  • Computer Skills: MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
  • Beneficial: Basic understanding of IT Service and Operations Management (ITSM/ ITOM) processes.
