We are looking for a team member who is able to demonstrate and/or is keen to learn the following:
• interest in innovative topics, a natural curiosity, and the capability to learn how to translate those into customer digital transformation strategy
• basic understanding of the mutual interdependencies between the business and IT aspects of customers’ transformation programs
• general knowledge of the latest trends in information technology, preferably SAP Cloud solutions and services and their relevance for customers’ business
• Preferred Enterprise Architecture or Analytics exposure for recent customer digital transformation and data-driven decision-making journey

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent tertiary study
• 0-3 years' work experience with customer facing roles
• Team player with ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

• Good listener with excellent communication skills, empathetic, collaborative
• Resourceful self-starters with strong interpersonal skills who are eager learners
• Interested in technology, innovation, and how digital platforms can solve business challenges
• Problem-solvers who are ambitious, passionate, resilient, proactive, open-minded, and able to manage pressure
• Preferred Enterprise Architecture or Analytics experience

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (DURING ACADEMY)
• Learn and understand the Customer Services & Delivery portfolio for the respective solution areas and delivers according to service specifications
• Conduct job rotations relevant to the intended role with various teams within the business whilst meeting performance requirements
• Case studies, classroom and self-paced learnings with a mix of technical and soft skill topics and on the job training
• Work on relevant projects that demonstrate your communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic that delivers high quality outcomes
• Demonstrate problem solving, time management, and communication skills through a range of activities during training and on the job rotations
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Display effective communication skills to handle and explain customer situations (to both business end users and SAP technical/ functional consultants)
• Adapt to knowledge on new technologies in a consistently dynamic and changing environment

• Support the planning and execution of solution deployments, solution testing and issue resolution
• Leverage the capabilities of SAP's latest technology platform(s) and reinforce their benefits
• Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise
• Support the implementation and operation of technical system landscapes
• Support setup and connectivity of integrated system landscapes (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies
• Support technology components-specific expert consulting
• Support the delivery of system optimization services
• Support the delivery of customer workshops and trainings

What you’ll do

Project Management:

• Project Management & coordination to ensure smooth handover to RUN Team

• Spearhead end to end transition from build to run phase for multiple global customers.

• Front-end the team for all activities right from initializing the set-up till start of operations.

Global Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders of SAP viz. Infrastructure teams & Customer Teams
• Collaborate with global customers to deliver the services to their satisfaction.
• Highlight the risks promptly and work on the mitigation plans along with the impacted stakeholders.

Customer Champion:

• Understand customer business, service management, service escalation management processes and associated challenges & suggest continuous improvement (CI) solutions and innovation.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction with delivery improvements & identify optimization potential from a perspective of building proficiency on customer accounts.
• Leading customer workshops for positioning SAP Services.

What you bring

• Work Experience:

• 3+ Years of industry experience, IT Experience preferred
• Experience in positioning the Services Package to a global business
• Experience related to Project Operations/ Management is a plus
• Worked for Global Customers across different industries in a Customer Facing Role
• Well versed in terms of service management, service processes & leading end to end transition

• Academic Qualification & Skill Competencies

• BE/B.Tech /B.Sc. (Comp)/M.Sc. (Comp) degree from a well reputed institute
• Master’s Degree from reputed Institute is must
• Proficient understanding of SAP technologies and applications

• Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasking ability, passionate individual, ability to stretch long hours. Clear thinker, initiative driven individual
• Excellent communication skills and high degree of adaptability, flexibility and willingness to learn and explore new things
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
