What you’ll do:
We are looking for enthusiastic Associate Site Reliability Engineers to support our delivery architecture and cloud readiness initiatives, driving the adoption of emerging technologies for our cloud solutions. Our team is responsible for managing advanced cloud products such as Digital Currency Hub, Customer Checkout Manager Cloud Edition, and Supportability Services. We leverage cutting-edge technologies, including Kubernetes (K8s), K8s operators, and GitHub Actions-based pipelines, to deliver substantial business value to customers globally and enhance their operational effectiveness.
- Designing, developing, testing, and delivering container-based execution environments using technologies like Docker.
- Developing robust Kubernetes orchestration frameworks to ensure optimal service scaling and traffic management with tools like Istio.
- Automating operational practices to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Contributing to the technical execution of delivery architecture and supporting cloud enablement efforts.
- Supporting the delivery roadmap and championing the adoption of new technologies to enhance our cloud solutions.
- Committing to best practices in the development lifecycle.
- Working effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, delivering features end-to-end.
What you bring
- You are a highly motivated and tech-savvy professional with a passion for coding and automation
- You possess extensive knowledge of containerisation (Docker), service scaling using orchestration (Kubernetes), traffic management (Istio), and similar technologies.
- Experience with deployment methodologies like blue-green and canary deployments, as well as proficiency with pipeline-based deployments and CI tools such as Git, SVN, and Jenkins, are essential.
- You have exposure to multiple cloud infrastructure providers and abstraction layers like Gardener, and hands-on experience with large-scale cloud software build, integration, and test environments.
- Experience in languages such as Java, SQL, JavaScript, Python, Go, Shell Script, and Ruby in a test-driven environment is crucial.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Agile, quick to learn, optimistic, with a collaborative approach to achieving team goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in both written and spoken Slovak and English.
- Team-oriented, communicative, customer-focused, and quality-driven.
- Creative, innovative, and passionate about new technologies and tools.

Das werden Deine Aufgaben sein:
- Gestalte die Zukunft der Delos Cloud mit: Die Delos Cloud basiert vollständig auf dem Hyperscaler-Technologiestack von Microsoft. Innerhalb von Delos Service Operations geht es um den autarken Betrieb dieses Stacks. In dieser zukunftsweisenden SRE Rolle spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau , Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung der s ouveränen Delos Cloud. Als SRE Core Plattform Services verantwortest du mit deinen Engineering Peers den Betrieb und somit die Einhaltung der SLAs und OLAs der kritischen Kernkomponenten.
- Verantwortung mit Weitblick: Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für den Betrieb und die Verfügbarkeit der wichtigsten Komponenten der Delos Cloud. Du hast einen Überblick über die Architektur und Abhängigkeiten zwischen den Services und bist damit ein essenzieller Bestandteil in unserem Team. Du bist außdem mit der Durchführung von Kapazitätsplanungen und Performance-Analysen zur Sicherstellung der Skalierbarkeit der Plattform und der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Best Practices betraut.
- Schnittstelle zwischen Business Delos Cloud, unseren Betriebs-Partnern und Microsoft als Technologielieferant : Als Bindeglied zwischen den Fachbereichen unseres Operation- Partners und den Entwicklungs-Teams von Microsoft stellst du sicher, dass Optimierungsvorschläge betrieblich und technisch in die Cloud- Core-Services einfließen.
- Kooperation und Kommunikation: Du pflegst enge Beziehungen zu allen Stakeholdern, sowohl intern bei Delos Cloud, bei Microsoft als auch extern bei unseren Partnern. Durch transparente Kommunikation und proaktives Agieren schaffst du Vertrauen und förderst die Zusammenarbeit.
- Innovationstreiber: Du hältst dich über die neuesten Trends und Entwicklungen in der Cloud-Technologie auf dem Laufenden und identifizierst neue Potenziale für die Delos Cloud. Mit deinem innovativen Geist und deiner Expertise treibst du die Weiterentwicklung der Plattform voran.
Das solltest du mitbringen :
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Informationstechnologie oder eines verwandten Fachgebietes
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Site Reliability Engineer oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle
- Erfahrung mit Überwachungs- und Alarmierungstools wie Prometheus, Grafana und Azure Monitor
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows Serveradministration
- Kenntnisse in Skript- und Abfragesprachen wie Python, PowerShell, Bash und Kusto (KQL)
- Erfahrung mit Infrastrukturautomatisierungstools wie Terraform oder Ansible
- Azure-Expert ise : Der Hauptfokus liegt im Betrieb des zugrundeliegenden Technologiestacks, darüber hinaus verfügst Du aber auch über tiefgreifende Expertise in der Azure-Plattform und kennst dich mit den verschiedenen Services aus.
- Analytisches Denken: Du bist in der Lage kritische Situationen einzuschätzen und schnell Lösungen zu finden
- ITIL-Kenntnisse: ITIL-Vorgehensweisen sind dir vertraut und du wendest diese in deiner täglichen Arbeit an.
