What you’ll do

As a consultant in the EMEA Public Cloud team in Portugal you will perform the following tasks:

• Work on internal and customer initiatives in Public Cloud ERP.
• Provide support to both customers and internal SAP Teams.
• Work with a team of other consultants to support customers with their overall Cloud Transformation journey.
• Participate in customer workshops and manage scope and customer expectations.

The EMEA Public Cloud Team supports customers with SAP Cloud ERP Implementation Services. We work collaboratively with customers, partners and internal teams, to drive meaningful business transformation to the Cloud. Our aim is to help our customers create and sustain long term success from their SAP investments.

• • Act as trusted advisors for Internal SAP Stakeholders and Customers with a focus on Customer Success.

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve complex, real-world customer issues related to SAP BTP.
• Provide technical problem-solving and debugging expertise.
• Recommend technical solutions and develop workarounds where needed.
• Properly document communications and actions for customer issues in SAP’s CRM system.
• Use SAP and third-party tools to diagnose issues on customer systems.

Program Plan

• Within the 3-year program, you will be based in Great China to take real case practices serving customers. Moreover, you will have distinct privilege to receive prioritized opportunities of rotational business travels primarily to North America and maybe the EMEA regions, with the overarching goal of cultivating a global mindset.
• Upon the completion of the 3-year period, individuals will transition to a permanent global assignment, primarily focusing on North America, and maybe also EMEA region. The objective of this assignment is to consistently deliver Premium Engagement services of the highest quality to customers around the world.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• 0-3 years’ working experience in a professional setting, with SAP applications experience would be a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines; with business application knowledge or experience in such as finance and logistics would be a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English, with German language skills would be a plus

As a Senior EOS Service Execution Specialist - you are responsible for:

• Ensure the execution of planned changes requested by customers are completed as per the activity schedule, tracking, and achieving various ambitious service KPI and SLA’s.
• Immediate execution of customer service request which are critical during special phases of the customer life cycle.
• Quick responses during escalations, ensure no service requests are impacted in the delivery phase, identifying and driving initiatives to improve the customer operations.
• Analyse customer feedback on the service request execution quality and bring about changes in a more structured and time bound manner.
• Drive feedback relevant to procedure and process with relevant teams and drive it to completion.
• Coordinate and orchestrate the work between the various teams with Strong collaboration with other units within and outside Enterprise Cloud Service units.
• Bring in Continuous Improvement Initiatives, to address customer pain points and enhancements in the Service Delivery
