  • Support sales with presentations and custom demos to create/grow large, strategic digital transformation deals
  • Continuous self-enablement, especially on the SAP ‘Treasury & Working Capital’ solutions and the SAP Taulia solutions.
  • Support and align with the rest of the EMEA oCFO Customer Advisory team
  • Contribute to the EMEA Treasury ‘Community of Practice’
  • Discover key trends and priorities around the ‘Treasury & Working Capital’ domain
  • Use social media to evangelize and increase your personal profile as a ‘Treasury & Working Capital’ expert
  • Define target markets and develop a solution strategy through research, business insights and appropriate customer segmentation in deep alignment with the global SAP oCFO team

WORK EXperience:

  • 5+ years of experience in roles related to Treasury Management or Treasury Management solutions.
  • Domain expertise and a passion for the topic are core requirements
  • Sales/presales experience an advantage
  • Advantage to already have deep product knowledge of SAP solutions such as SAP Treasury & Risk Management, SAP S/4HANA Cash Management, SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity, SAP Bank Communication Management, SAP In-House Cash, SAP Digital Payments and SAP Taulia.
  • Advantage to have worked in a corporate Treasury department
  • Practice in conducting executive workshops aligning diverse perspectives and expectations

Education and qualifications:

  • Executive communication skills (English required)
  • Strong analytical skills and structured way of self-management
  • Experience leading/orchestrating execution of cross-functional and area virtual teams to achieve common goals.

  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Philippines Managing Director’s office and internal stakeholders in Market Units, Regional and Global.
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining a commitment to deadlines and understanding mid-term and long-term goals.
  • Managing diary/calendar and e-mails for the MD, potentially also including calls and voicemails.
  • Monitoring actions and manage reminders
  • Managing internal and potentially external correspondence

• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle. Provide regular updates on incident status, impact, and resolution efforts.

• Identify and drive initiatives to improve incident management processes. Standardize and simplify incident response procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Define, track, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) related to incident/outages and crisis management.

• 5-7 years of Technical Operations in ABAP/JAVA/HANA/DB2/Performance analysis role

• Hands-on experience in one of the areas like Basis, System Performance Management, Lifecycle events (Upgrades / Updates), SAP Project Management, Support, Escalation Management. Knowledge of products like SAP Cloud-Connector, S4 would be an added advantage.
• Practical knowledge with SAP technologies like SAP NetWeaver, Business Objects, SAP HANA and SAP Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE)
• Experience with Managed/Hosting services or SAP Private Cloud or Public Cloud Operations/Support.
• Application Security, Backup and recovery strategies, performance tuning, System Copies, export-import, high availability, and disaster recovery strategy, export-import.
• Experience in Problem Management, Root cause analysis methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technologies Management.
• Professional Certification of SAP BASIS, Business Object with exposure to Project Management tasks including PMP and ITIL certification.
• Cloud knowledge (e.g., experience of working in Public Cloud Domains like Microsoft Azure, AWS and GCP)
• Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent and proactive way.
