Key tasks comprise the following:

• The student support the Global Co Leader of PC3 with the creation of PC3 assets that support the team globally
• The student proposes new approaches to current customer facing or internal assets to ensure we maintain a modern and fresh culture that PC3 has

Expected qualification:

What you'll do

• Lead best practice in clean and effective code, and overall product quality.
• Understand company strategy and business, design, implement and continuously improve complex backend system to support large volume SaaS system with complex business scenarios, with high security, performance, scalability and testability.
• Engage in defining, developing, and managing software development models, fostering collaboration with colleagues across various departments and time zones to address challenges effectively.

• Assume full responsibility for the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and customer support aspects of your projects.

• Thoroughly document technical designs, code, and configurations to facilitate maintenance and future development efforts

What you bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field, having a solid Computer Science background, encompassing data structures, algorithms, databases, and distributed systems.

• Have 8+ years of hands-on relevant work experience in Java Development
• Strong experience with monolith and microservices architecture.
• In-depth knowledge and experience for following technologies: Kafka, JVM, Spring Framework, Tomcat.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

• Solid foundation with relational database, MySQL / Oracle / SAP Hana.

• Experience of Agile/Scrum, passion for unit testing, integration testing and test automation.

• Exhibit familiarity with Agile methodologies, coding standards, and Test-Driven Development (TDD), including unit testing, component testing, contract testing, and end-to-end test automation

• Demonstrate working knowledge of stress testing, performance testing, and performance test automation.

• DevOps mindset - inherent sense of ownership through the development, deployment and operation lifecycle
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong sense for clean-coding and build-in quality.
• Experience for identity and access management area, e.g. account management, authentication and authorization, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English.

This Intern will be enrolled in activities of Project Management Office and will support to the Project Manager / Program Manager in the administrative activities.

What You'll Do

As the Senior Solution Sales Executive BDC , your primary objective will be to achieve your overall revenue goals by creating a robust territory business plan generating at least 4x your quota in pipeline opportunities. Key responsibilities include

• Revenue Generation: Identify and qualify opportunities while developing and executing strategies to drive sales success.
• Territory Development: Create an opportunity plan that effectively communicates the value proposition of SAP’s targeted line of business solutions to potential customers and prospects
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to implement programs that enhance pipeline growth and facilitate deal closure
• Account Planning: Collaborate with the Value Added Team (VAT) to educate target accounts on BDC solutions and strategize for key accounts
• Sales Cycle Management: Uncover and manage sales cycle opportunities to maximize engagement with prospects
• Market Expansion: Lead initiatives to establish, develop, and expand market share and drive revenue within assigned accounts
• Sales Best Practices: Develop and implement sales best practices to ensure repeatable success across named accounts

What You Brin

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of sales or related experience in business software and/or IT solutions, with at preferably 3 years specializing in any of database or Data management/Warehouse analytics and AI solution
• Executive Engagement: Proven experience selling to CXOs with a good track record of managing large accounts and facilitating technology discussions
• Strong technical role experience / background in database management/Warehouse analytics and AI solutions will be a plus
• Achievement Orientation Demonstrated success in meeting targets and driving new business opportunitie
• Experience and success is driving Independent deals in software solution
