As a CSM within the SAP Academy for Customer Success, you will be responsible to:
Receive onboarding in your local market with on-the-job training and mentoring by a senior CSM professional in the field. You will have the opportunity to work both behind the scenes and directly with customers.

2–3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business transformation, ideally in consulting or account management.

We are planning a practical and immersive portion of our program, which will likely involve participants spending four (4) weeks, spread across two trips, in San Ramon, California. This experience is designed to provide unparalleled hands-on learning and networking opportunities. Please note the in-person component is still in the planning phase, and the final decision will be confirmed by the first quarter of 2026. We will ensure that this information is communicated promptly, and that sufficient time is provided for necessary preparations.
During intensive phases of the program, it is critical that all participants are fully engaged and present to ensure maximum learning and success. As such, vacation will not be approved during some critical times of the program.
Successful candidates might be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor.

What You’ll Do:

The Customer Experience Solutions Specialist provides clients with in-depth knowledge of solutions and business processes by presenting a compelling vision of the future with SAP Customer Experience and partner solutions. Engagement with the Account Team:
- Engage customers early in the sales cycle, matching needs with SAP Customer Experience and partner solutions, and advising account teams on opportunities based on success probabilities and strategic account positions.
- Manage the discovery of business processes to provide a foundation for solution recommendations and support business capability mapping, technical discoveries, and change arguments.
- Support new sales and adoption by providing solution-specific expertise and competitive differentiation.
- Bring expertise to the account team and contribute to account strategy development.
- Contribute to the creation of an overall theme and competitive differentiation (value niches) and execute simulations.
- Develop and deliver compelling stories and demonstrations that illustrate differentiated business outcomes, using standard messages and digital resources throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to co-create an agreed SAP vision, align messages, and build customer trust.

What You Bring:
- Advanced technical or business skills and specialized knowledge in the field of Customer Experience (CRM, Service, Commerce, and/or Marketing).
- An understanding of the lead-to-cash process, with experience in analyzing and mapping complex retail processes being a plus.
- Customer-oriented individuals with the ability to cultivate and develop lasting customer relationships.

Inetllectual Property Advisor in Global Patent Group
• Engage with internal client groups (product development, product marketing, corporate development, sales, corporate legal, etc.) to advise on IP issues and to coordinate activities relating to patent portfolio development, risk management (such as third party disputes), and IP-related agreements.
• Build and manage a portfolio of patents supporting one or more lines of business.
• Assist with IP due diligence activities, assessment of litigation risks, and evaluation of IP licenses and other agreements, in support of lines of business.
• Coordinate on strategic topics with other IP Counsel team members.
• Engage and manage outside counsel – no patent drafting or prosecution work required.
