The SGSC Operations team is responsible for improving business productivity and efficiency which contribute to the achievement of business priorities. It provides greater transparency on the security operational model, financials and communication to drive efficiency and employee satisfaction, serving as a backbone for Security at SAP with high quality standards

The role

• Analysis and support for strategic and operational steering, such as investigating financial investments and documenting existing processes
• Execution of periodic reports to increase financial transparency
• Support the periodic budget and forecast process by preparing templates and helping to gather input from different stakeholders
• Perform quality checks and Master Data maintenance
• Improvement of department’s internal processes and collaboration platforms by introducing new tools
• Drafting and reviewing presentations, business cases and articles

As a Solution Advisor within the SAP Academy for Customer Success, you will be responsible to:

• Successfully complete a 10-month program that strengthens a foundation for a successful customer-facing career at SAP.
• Participate in experiential learning opportunities with colleagues from all over the world and acquire a wide variety of business, industry and SAP solution skills while working with emerging and cutting-edge technologies.
• Receive on-the-job training under the mentorship of a senior Solution Advisor colleague while working with our customers to gain real world experience and acquire the skills necessary to help guide our customers through their Digital Transformation journey.

We are planning a practical and immersive portion of our program, which will likely involve participants spending four (4) weeks, spread across two trips, in San Ramon, California. This experience is designed to provide unparalleled hands-on learning and networking opportunities. *Please note the in-person component is still in the planning phase, and the final decision will be confirmed by the first quarter of 2026. YOUR FUTURE ROLE

The BDC Customer Success Manager (CSM) role is responsible for developing relationships with technical decision makers in their assigned accounts to ensure broad consumption of the portfolio both within and across application projects through Technical Advisory.

Inetllectual Property Advisor in Global Patent Group

• Engage with internal client groups (product development, product marketing, corporate development, sales, corporate legal, etc.) to advise on IP issues and to coordinate activities relating to patent portfolio development, risk management (such as third party disputes), and IP-related agreements.
• Build and manage a portfolio of patents supporting one or more lines of business.
• Assist with IP due diligence activities, assessment of litigation risks, and evaluation of IP licenses and other agreements, in support of lines of business.
• Coordinate on strategic topics with other IP Counsel team members.
• Engage and manage outside counsel – no patent drafting or prosecution work required.
• Travel component up to 10%, including trips to various development locations.
YOUR PROFILE• Must be admitted to the European Patent Office or German Patent Office (experience with US patents a plus).
• A university degree in a science/technology field is required (computer science, electrical engineering, or related degree a plus).
• understanding of software patent practices and principles.

• As part of a team developing services in the cloud, you will be participating in design and development of one or more components of the overall product
