In this role, you’ll:
As Mix Media Intern you will work to effectively communicate our brand message and values to our customers while sticking to SAP’s overall brand strategy and style. The ideal candidate will require flexibility in that the workload will be split between static graphic design, user interfaces and light motion design. You will be tasked to work on a variety of projects including:
• Visually design business content and information through infographics, charts and illustrations
• Create UI mockups
• Animated videos and GIFs for thought leadership and social media content
• Research design trends, and industry best practices
• Develop interactive presentations following SAP corporate design principles
• Be studying Graphic Design, Visual Design, Motion Graphics, Industrial Design
• Fluency in English
• Ability to turn complex issues into simple, understandable, and well-designed visuals
• Must have a thorough understanding of design principles including composition, visual hierarchy, color, and balance
• Must have a portfolio that demonstrates skills visual design
• Have discipline to work independently and remotely

• Have a firm grasp of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Industry, Sales and Customer Success team members, problem solving, preparing and delivering documented solutioning options with clear value benefits

What you bring
• 5+ years of successful experience in presales or solution consulting roles. 3+ years of experience selling or demonstrating enterprise software applications (preferably SaaS).
• Hands-on experience with HCM/HRMS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Workday, Oracle, Saba, SumTotal, or Cornerstone OnDemand.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Talent) are preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP Payroll is a strong plus.
• Good knowledge of operational HR processes across Hire to Retire.
• Familiarity with the HCM SaaS market landscape and key market trends.
• Stable career progression demonstrating growth and responsibility.
