What you'll do

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Development Architect to join a new engineering team.

• Design high-quality product components in alignment with Product Architect to be then implemented by Scrum Teams.
• Define automation framework and drive automation and standardization.
• Work with the team and other engineering organizations to supplement the product roadmap to bring customers an intuitive guided experience for implementing, testing, and deploying their solutions.
• Facilitate reporting on product telemetry & usage data to measure solution effectiveness and further improve the experience throughout the solution's lifecycle.
• Mentor developers on software design, coding practices, and TDD strategies and form a holistic mentoring
• Leverage intelligent technologies to provide recommended customer journey, features, and solutions as their product adoption & SAP footprint grows.
• Work with the team to break-down, estimate, and coordinate development work.
• Ensure excellent quality and maintain high standards in all processes listed in the relevant process map.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and introduce innovations.
• Demonstrate curiosity and innovation to enable future solutions in this space
• Contribute to development with the team members and in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions
• Be in charge for driving technology and engineering best practices in the teams and promote their adoption
• Responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, automation, quality assurance of specific (complex) product features in a development team.
• Work with all development process contributors, e.g., Product Owners, Product Managers, Architects, Project Management, Scrum Masters, Developers, User Assistance Developer and DevOps to establish and execute a flawless development process.

What you bring

• 10+ years of experience in building software products with a preference for experience with SaaS applications and know-how of Cloud platform s - Azure / AWS / GCP

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Assist customers through the lifecycle of an SAP Ariba implementation. •Support the blueprinting process, gathering customer requirements and expectations

Project Stream Responsibility

Depending on seniority, the Senior Consultant will also take on more responsibility on projects. This could include leading a stream, multiple streams or a project. Responsibilities could include:
•Plan and manage project tasks and resources to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget, and meet quality standards to achieve high customer satisfaction.
•Work with Managers and Senior Managers to establish customer satisfaction programs and other Key Performance Indicators. •Develop and deliver a project plan that will enable profitable delivery of the value proposition sold

The Organization

What are we looking for

As part of this “end to end processes” function we are looking for experienced (senior / principal level) consultantswith process expertise acrossat least oneof the standard Signavio main processes (Source to Pay, Plan to Fulfill, Order to Cash, Acquire to Decommission…) and with solid understanding and demonstrable experience advising customers and setting up SAP projects with products/solutions/services that enable realizing such processes using SAP technology in an optimal way. What will you do

As a successful candidate you will join the team as a “business process consultant” (the standard SAP consulting billable role) under the appropriate seniority (“T”) level. It is envisaged that you will engage:

• Approximately 60% in consulting activities:
  • supporting sales and consulting sales
  • bid preparation support including solutioning and estimations
  • services delivery activities depending on the nature of the engagements (advisory, realization etc)

Depending on your main expertise you will be ‘dotted line’ assigned to the relevant Solution area to ensure that you are seamlessly integrated with the rest of the organization. Whilst these activities are the typical consulting activities, your will be expected to bring and infuse (to the rest of the teams) aprocess-oriented mindset.A good measure of your success will be to be invited to lead discussions on flagship customer cases precisely because of the ability to ‘talk processes’ rather than just solutions

• the remaining approx. 40% in governance and thought leadership tasks like:
  • Finding, organizing and producing assets and collaterals related to your process and cross solution are expertise
  • Align with PE (product engineering) on product features and feedback
