Description:

What you'll do:

The key aspects of the Digital Value Advisor Program Manager role include the following:

    • Manage digital program governance, KPIs, and reporting dashboards to track business impact
    • Be responsible for roadmap and execution of digital value programs designed to reach and impact a broad set of customers
    • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, innovative services, tools, and templates (“Digital Modalities”) to continually improve outcomes
    • Partner with campaign management, business development, advisory and sales teams to design and launch scalable cohesive campaigns, journeys, and lifecycle programs, with an emphasis on value articulation as the red thread of the customer journey
    • Build frameworks for repeatable success, including playbooks, templates, and tools
      • Turn live sessions into repeatable digital formats (e.g., workshops → webinars, discovery → digital whiteboarding and/or self-assessments, etc.)
      • Enable field teams to self-serve with minimal digital advisor involvement
      • Enable key stakeholders to develop compelling business cases
    • Support A/B testing and digital optimization to improve engagement and outcomes
    • Serve as a central point of coordination for value-related digitazation initiatives along the Customer Value Journey

What you bring:

  • 5+years of professional experience in digital program management, digital channels, or alternative distribution/engagement model building; this experience in a B2B context is a plus/preferred
  • Senior-level analytical skills with an obsession for substantiating strategic ideals with data driven insights
  • Action oriented, growth mindset and adaptability
  • Ability to cut through ambiguity/unknow to quickly deliver meaningful outcomes that scale
  • Strong program management, facilitation and stakeholder management abilities with experience in leading and shaping strategic initiatives
  • Understanding of functionally relevant (HR, Finance, IT, etc.) business processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • English language fluency (written and verbal) is required
  • Experience with technology landscapes and process/technology integration preferred. SAP technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus·
