In this role, you’ll:

Support administration of SAP License Cloud and Maintenance Software contracts.

• Process new sales contracts, processing them in SAP systems and ensure our customers can access and download software
• Manage the billing cycle for all our new business
• Handle internal/external customers’ queries within stipulate SLAs
• Review sales opportunities to verify contracts and quotes, ensuring they are accurate and complete
• Assist Cash Collections team in resolving complex billing issues and dispute cases
• Participate in monthly close processes and quarter end close processes
• Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with other teams and departments – Commercial Finance, CFO, Contracting, Sales Teams, etc.
• Develop own strategic projects and initiatives that improve team functionality and efficiency
• Contact for external and internal auditors

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work on design, coding and quality assurance tasks (such as unit test development) related to specific product features.
• Development activities in Typescript and Node.js for a cloud-based product, deployed in cloud providers such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Apply DevOps practices, being responsible for the complete feature lifecycle until it reaches production, including design, coding and unit testing.

Experience and knowledge in many of the following:

• Work with a global team of network engineers maintaining & ensuring operational stability and continuous service improvement;
• Work with SAP’s engineering and architecture teams in order to provide operational expertise in concept development;

  Deep experience working and supporting production customer facing SAAS environment;
• Maintain and operate cloud network services infrastructure with focus on managing Public Cloud Networking on GCP and Azure;
• Good working knowledge on F5 LTM load balancers and creating scripts using iRules;
• Good indepth knowledge of Advanced WAF and DDoS functionality on F5 LTM and ability to fine tune policies based on traffic patterns;
• Excellent knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls along with Threat Prevention/URL filtering modules;
• Knowledge of CDN Networking using Akamai or Cloudflare;
• Knowledge of managing Public DNS and SMTP ServicesImplement network infrastructure automation tasks via Terraform, Ansible and Python.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Understanding of cloud platform network infrastructure and operations, ideally with F5 and Palo Alto are useful;
• Technical skills in BGP, VPN, IPSEC, VPC, LTM, SSL CertsNetwork Security Skills desired – L3/L4 firewalling, WAF, DDoS, Bot Management, URL filtering etc.;
• GCP/Azure Public Cloud skills are required and additionally AWS preferred;
• Experience in network automation in cloud environments is preferred;

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for the operation of the production services in a SaaS and public cloud-based web service. This is an engineering position that is responsible for the reliability, engineering and design of our globally available services.
