Receive onboarding in your local market with on-the-job training and mentoring by a Senior Account Executive in the field. You will be able to work both behind the scenes and directly with customers.

The PMO intern role is key to managing all aspects of program and project planning, status updates, coordination with stakeholders, and overseeing execution for projects with a Canadian scope.
Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.

Key Responsibilities:
· Create engaging, user-centered content designs by closely collaborating with developers, user assistance (UA) writers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
· Advocate for the user by conducting early testing of new technologies, ensuring an intuitive and smooth user experience.
· Define, review, and refine UI texts and in-app enablement content to ensure clarity, purpose, and alignment with our writing guidelines and standards.
· Investigate and explore AI use cases to actively shape the role of AI within the user experience.

As an AI Business Strategy Intern, you will play a key role in scaling AI adoption across SAP. This is a project-driven role that blends program management, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement. You will contribute to key initiatives such as global enablement campaigns, AI workshops, and AI capability rollout plans.
This role is ideal for students who are strategic thinkers with a strong bias for execution, able to navigate ambiguity, connect dots across disciplines, and bring structure to innovation initiatives.
What you’ll do
Support the planning and execution of internal AI enablement initiatives, such as training sessions, tool launches, and engagement campaigns
Collaborate with AI experts and business stakeholders to coordinate GenAI programs and track progress against strategic goals
