  • Lead the development of playbooks, business cases, and processes for new health services products and the underlying infrastructure to support these launches
  • Develop and present innovative opportunities associated with new initiatives, evaluating feasibility and financial viability of the business case, to executives, launch team, and partners, gaining their agreement and support
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with various internal teams such as Product, Privacy, Compliance, Regulatory, and Marketing across different regions including US, Korea, and India, as well as external strategic partners to ensure timely and high-quality launches
  • Drive forward privacy and regulatory review and Go-To-Market plans for new or fast-growing products
  • Translate B2B customer feedback into the appropriate playbooks and infrastructure in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Health Team’s strategy
