  • Monitor stock levels, order flow, and retail execution in collaboration with distributors.


Distributor & Retailer Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact between company, distributors, and OR accounts.
  • Support distributors in negotiations with OR chains, ensuring company interests are safeguarded.
  • Align on trade terms, pricing, and promotions to drive sustainable business growth.


Sales & Target Achievement

  • Deliver sales, revenue, and market share targets through effective distributor management.
  • Track distributor performance across sell-in, sell-out, and inventory KPIs.
  • Ensure proper product mix and availability at OR outlets.


Trade Marketing & Visibility

  • Implement in-store visibility and activation plans through distributors.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to roll out promotions, launches, and campaigns at OR outlets.
  • Monitor execution quality and ROI of trade marketing investments.


Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies in the organized retail channel.
  • Share insights and recommend actions to protect and grow market share.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales/account management, ideally within Home Appliances industry.
  • Strong understanding of organized retail dynamics and distributor management.
  • Proven negotiation, relationship management, and commercial acumen.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work with sales and market data.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
