4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams across Product, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Omni Channel and Field Sales to deliver seamless execution.
• Ensure channel readiness for key launches, promotions, and strategicinitiatives—includingstock planning, digital content, and POS enablement.
• Represent the customer internally, championing requirements and driving operational excellence.
• Monitor UK market trends, competitive activity, and evolving consumer behaviours to inform commercial strategy.
• Identify and activate new category opportunities, commercial models, or go-to-market innovation in line with Samsung UKs growth ambitions.
• Use Microsoft Excel or AI based performance analytics to inform strategy and influence both internal and external partners and decision making.
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
• Proven experience in national account management, commercial sales, or channel development ideally within Consumer Electronics, Telecoms, FMCG, or Digital Retail.
• Consistent track record of leading large-scale, multi-category accounts with full commercial ownership and performance delivery.
• Strong analytical and planning capabilities with deep experience in forecasting, pricing models, and commercial performance management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence in leading both internal cross-functional teams and external senior relationships.

Your key responsibilities
1. Commercial & Account Support
Support the day-to-day running of key retail and indirect accounts, ensuring volume targets, promotional timelines, and product execution are consistently delivered.
Assist in forecasting, stock and pricing file maintenance, and lifecycle tracking to ensure robust commercial operations.
Ensure SKU and master data accuracy across partner systems and internal tools.
2. Sales & Performance Reporting
Monitor and report on weekly sell-in, sell-out, attach rate, and ASP performance, providing insight into trends and risks.
Build and maintain advanced Excel tools, dashboards, and trackers to support commercial planning, QBRs, and performance reviews.
Support the management of commercial terms, pricing structures, rebates, and volume agreements with accuracy and compliance.
3. Promotional & Campaign Execution
Coordinate the launch and execution of promotions, new products, and seasonal campaigns across all sales channels.
Partner with Marketing and Retail teams to ensure in-store and online visibility, premium positioning, and launch readiness.
Track and measure promotional return on investment and performance to inform future planning.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a key operational liaison between account teams and internal collaborators including Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Product Management , and Retail Field Teams .
Support the creation of internal review decks, partner presentations, and planning documentation.
Help ensure product availability, stock allocation, and go-to-market timing align with business plans.

Role and Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
Working alongside the account team (Account Director, Account Manager & Omni Channel Marketing Manager) to plan and implement multiple product launches on a quarterly basis.
Supporting your channel team (Channel Manager and Omni Channel Manager) to implement quarterly promotional plans, ensuring a high share of voice is achieved and sell-out ambitious met through lower funnel driving activity
Build and maintain partnership with key customer account, managing weekly marketing meetings & GTM process across multiple categories
Deliver industry leading execution across paid and channel owned touchpoints, driving consistency across the Omni channel customer experience (retail, online, call centres)
Digital excellence, ensuring channels adhere to blueprint standards, and we continually evolve how we implement brilliant basics in digital touchpoints (including ongoing reporting and optimisation)
Responsible for ensuring internal marketing processes are being followed, prior to committing any spend
Timely delivery of reports including quarterly marketing plans, execution compliance & budget reviews & analysis
Analysing post-launch/campaign results ensuring takeaways & recommendations are shaping future activities
Tracking of competitor activities to ensure Samsung maintain strong SOV, execution leadership & unique points of difference across our channels
Attendweekly/monthly/quarterlymarketing planning meetings with the channel partners where appropriate.
