Role and Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including forecasting, pricing, channel strategy,positive contribution towards the achievement of key KPIs for assigned TV category.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze consumer trends, competitor landscape, and conduct regular competitor product benchmarking to measure price index. Through these category insights, work with Senior PM to define winning product strategies.
• Launch Management : Drive product launches with full accountability for timelines, positioning, pricing and develop go-to-market plans.
• Drive Sell-out & Promotion Management : On-going monitoring of sales situation and initiate programs to sustain sales and market share. Monitor program effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, trade marketing and marketing communications teams to execute promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Online Drive:Work closely with online team to build campaigns and improvement plans to achieve online sales target.
• Demand Planning & managing SCM KPIs:Work closely with SCM manager to ensure accurate sell-in/out forecast, healthy channel WOS and manage aging inventory.
• Business Health : Work together with Senior PM to maintain overall category health
• Any other Ad Hoc duties and reporting

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management / Marketing
• 1-2 years of experience of marketing/product management in consumer electronics or fast-moving industries would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and a passion for technology and innovation.
• Good business planning, project management and execution skills

Service Quality Management

• Monitoring and Reporting of service KPI’s
• Analysis, sharing root cause, improvement plan
• Able to provide minor troubleshooting and assisting on product related issues
• Provide Technical assistance onMobile Products (Mobile phone, Tablet, Wearables) or CE Products (VD & DA)to our Authorized Service Centre and Contact Centre
• Ensures high level of quality service is achieved so as to enhance Samsung customer experience
• Conduct product training and transfer knowledge to Service Centre and Contact Centre

Quality Monitoring

• Monitoring of Mobile productor CE productquality
• Sharing insights information, co-worked with factory for improvement plan
• Observe quality issue trend and report to management
• New model status monitoring
• Liaising with HQ and follow up quality related matters

Other Activities

• Attend On-site Premium Products/SmartThings service/repair activities when required
• Attend On-site job related to PL (Product Liability)
• Assisting on stock counting of In House consignment stock
• Assisting on bi-annual parts stock counting in warehouse
• Support scrapping of used product / parts at In-House office
• Support on product quality inspection and rework

Assist in other ad hoc projects as and when required

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in Electronics after sales industry and customer centric environment
• Technical and product knowledge with troubleshooting skillset
• Conducting Technical training to vendors
• Experience in data analyzing , produce report and communicating actionable insights to subsidiaries and management
• Good problem solving skills such as prioritization, critical thinking and hypothesis development

Manage daily operations and accounting functions of Finance and Accounts department to ensure smooth operation of the department.

Month-end closing activities which include accruals and management fees calculation for the cost-share.

Store Upkeep and Visual Merchandising

• Provide strategic input on new ideas and trends to innovate POSM plans, enhancing commercial effectiveness

Events and Activations

• Plan and execute all assigned activations in line with brand standards, including planogram planning and on-ground delivery
• Monitor onsite setup and execution for events, roadshows and activations
• Provide innovation-driven ideas to elevate POSM strategy and activation impact
• Manage digital assets execution for all Samsung-owned digital screens, adhering to HQ guidelines
