  • Extract insight from reports, generate commentaries and create PowerPoint Presentations for Management reporting
  • Actively liaise with subsidiary teams and regional product managers to uncover P&L variances
  • Develop and support new processes or improve existing processes relating to financial planning and reporting
  • Prepare, present, and lead presentations needed to C suite, executives and external meetings as required.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the company’s reputation and safeguarding the group by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting / Business Administration
  • Fluent in Korean (Speaking/Writing) and English (Business proficiency in Korean language is required, in order to communicate with Korea HQ and Korean counterparts)

2. Supplier Management

  • Continuously monitor supplier performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational standards and objectives
  • Support the evaluation of suppliers based on Samsung’s global procurement strategy
  • Oversee the management of regional suppliers’ ESG reporting to ensure alignment with Samsung’s ESG management framework

3. Regulatory Compliance and Audit Support

  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal in adherence with the relevant regulations (eg. IRAS, Singapore Customs)
  • Assist in preparing documents and providing necessary documentation for internal and external audits

4. Process Improvement

  • Lead Ad-hoc projects to enhance Supply Chain process for the region. Recommend actionable improvements to streamline operations and achieve cost optimization goals
  • Work with the IT team to implement efficient processes within the ERP or other Samsung internal systems

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma, preferably Degree in Business/Information System/SCM. .
  • Proven experience in procurement, ERP systems ( preferably SAP-MM), and supply chain management
  • Use of computer & tools like MS Office, with advance skills in MS Excel & Power Point Presentation. Experience in SAP or knowledge Visual basic is a plus

  • Research Design: Design, lead and oversee the full research cycle for both exploratory and evaluative research across the various innovation projects; including but not limited to alignment on research objectives, discussion guide building, in-person moderation in English-speaking markets, synthesis and consolidation of final report.
  • Qualitative Research Moderation: Competent moderator in different settings, from in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, usability testing, ethnographic / contextual inquiries. Moderation in English is required and in a second language preferable.
  • Champion for Consumer Focus: Be a champion for insights and consumer focus within the research process and organization, working with cross-functional team members both internally and externally in a collaborative way.
  • Insights Workshopping: The researcher is required to lead and support in research-to-idea workshops, preparing and scaffolding insights and workshop materials to bring stakeholders and participants through the workshop process.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent; major in Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Behavioural Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Design or related human-centred field is preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting or consumer research, experience in a multinational or global business environment is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in market sensing, competitive analysis, and identifying consumer macro trends.
  • Strong experience in generating market size forecasts and analysing competitor portfolios.
