Role and Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Business Unit Heads to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate expectations.
  • Source and identify talent through various channels, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements and company culture.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring within agreed timeframes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate weekly and monthly recruitment reports to track hiring progress and performance.
  • Draft employment contracts, extend job offers, and conduct onboarding briefings to introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and benefits.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and problem-solving skills in handling multiple recruitment projects independently.
  • Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to support company-wide hiring goals.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferably with 2–6 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Creative and solutions-oriented; capable of thinking outside the box to overcome challenges.
  • Well-organized and adaptable, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Open to candidates with both agency and corporate recruitment backgrounds.

  • Prioritize projects based on business goals, resource availability, and strategic importance.
  • Ensure alignment between project portfolios and organizational objectives.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks across the portfolio of projects.
  • Develop contingency plans and risk registers to address potential challenges.
  • Support on the event management as and when required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and tools.
  • Strong ability to analyze project data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and risk assessment skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
