Role and Responsibilities

Repair Tracking & Monitoring
- Track and monitor end-to-end repair statuses across service partners and internal systems

- Identify delays or bottlenecks in repair processes and escalate when needed
- Ensure repair status data is accurate, up-to-date and aligns with SLA and KPI requirements.

Operational Reporting and Analysis

- Create and maintain regular reporting(daily/weekly/monthly)on repair tracking

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends
- Support operational decision-making with real-time data and analysis

Technical Support & Partner communication
- Act as first line support for system related issues raised by service partners
- Service as the main point of contact for service partners regarding system issues and operational clarifications and classification
- Guide partners on proper system usage, reporting requirements, and compliance with repair process standards
- conduct briefings or training sessions on process or system changes

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient with Office Tools (Word / Excel / Outlook / PP)
Familiarity with CRM/ERP system

• Manage revenue, expenses, and key business metrics within our international services business.
• Support senior leadership with insights into business growth drivers, risks and opportunities
• Lead long term strategic plans with commercial leaders
• Provide direction for yield strategy across Europe
• Partner with sales leadership to define, track and review quotas and MBOs for sales teams
• Drive simplification, improvement and scaling of existing processes and tools.
• Ensure that the full end to end workflow (from client set up, campaign set up through to billing) is customer centric and robust

• Manage and control corporate expenditure, being proactive in identifying and mitigating potential issues and providing key collaborators with relevant guidance

• To be accountable for ensuring your team are compliant with company processes and procedures; such as compliance, meeting mandatory business cyclical deadlines, and understanding the company values.

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
• A proven track record of relevant experience in leading a finance team.
• In-depth understanding of business processes related to Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Familiarity with media, TV measurement
• Advanced Excel skills are required, including a deep understanding of formulas, macros, pivot tables.
• Experience working with Salesforce and SAP
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• SQL skills – a plus
• Experience working with statistical analysis/tools - a plus
• Korean fluency – a plus

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues through various communication channels (phone, email, in-person).

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Manage and support user accounts, access permissions, and IT-related documentation.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure optimal system performance and security.
• Assist in the setup and support of network systems, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Monitor and respond to alerts and security incidents, following company protocols to ensure data protection and security compliance.
• Document and update technical procedures, user guides, and solutions in the knowledge base.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in an IT support role or equivalent technical support experience, included in-person support.

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft operating systems – servers and clients
• Microsoft Office Programs proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise backup and recovery procedures, Antivirus solutions.
• Basic Scripting abilities - Bash and PowerShell (mostly, understanding existing scripts)
• Familiarity with networking.
