Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Design, launch, and scale a comprehensive program focused on reducing customer attrition. You will own the strategy from the initial proof-of-concept to a fully operational, global initiative.

  • Priority Account Identification: Partner closely with Analytics, the Red Accounts team, Account Executives (AEs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to create and continuously refine a dynamic priority list of at-risk customers using data-driven triggers and qualitative insights.

  • Cross-Functional Governance: Establish and lead a cross-functional core team to drive alignment and execution. You will create a robust governance model for list review, engagement validation, and the documentation of findings for executive leadership.

  • Engagement Strategy: Define the scope, duration, and commercial structure for tailored interventions. You will determine the right mix of Success and Services resources needed to bring customers back to health.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and manage a clear reporting framework to track program progress and demonstrate impact. You will regularly present findings, key metrics, and strategic recommendations to the senior leadership team.

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for this initiative, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication between CSMs, AEs, Services, and other key partners.

  • Building scalable solutions

Qualifications & Required Skills
  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, or strategic consulting within an enterprise SaaS environment.

  • Leadership: 7+ years of proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs or teams. Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results without direct authority is critical.

  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the drivers of customer attrition and experience developing successful retention strategies. Direct experience managing at-risk accounts or leading "red account" programs is highly desirable.

  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to partner effectively with data science and analytics teams to turn insights into actionable strategies.

  • Commercial Skills: Proven ability to define engagement scope, structure contracts, and understand the commercial aspects of customer rescue missions.

  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and report on progress to C-level executives.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform and a deep understanding of its ecosystem.

  • Ability to facilitate difficult discussions and be adept at handling objections

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Health Clouds and/or a competing Core or HLS Industry technology.

* Support data deliverables for decision support and operational processes and system and process implementations for Salesforce Core systems integration strategies; this includes project management responsibilities* Create data visualizations & reports that help teams with planning and project execution; Provide timely and accurate reporting to various teams on various topics.
* Partner with cross-functional teammates to drive workgroup alignment meetings to address tactical release issues, dependencies, team status, production issues, metrics review, milestones, etc. (cross-functional - Product Management, Scrum Masters, Engineering, Platform Engineering, TechOps, Release Engineering, Capacity, Functional Managers, Release Management, etc.).
* Participate in program reviews (deep dive into the current state of project goals, risks, escalations) in whatever forum required; anticipate and remove obstacles with a sense of urgency that prevent project teams from delivering on project goals.


Minimum Requirements

* 6-8 years of professional experience in quote-to-cash, monetization models, order management, or relative enterprise software/product management or engineering experience at an enterprise technology company
* 5+ years of Product Management experience with a demonstrated history of efficiently implementing and running SaaS product development programs; solid understanding of the SaaS business model and its product development lifecycle
* 2+ years of order management experience in Product, Engineering, or Operations role
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation
* Exceptional data analysis skills, including attention to detail and ability to combine various data points to achieve a common goal (people knowledge, data warehouse, Excel files, external tools, other internal data)
* Deep experience with the software development lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies
* Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, working teams, and technical and non-technical team members alike
* Outstanding organizational, communication, andrelationship-buildingskills conducive to driving consensus; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment
* Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent self-management practices and an entrepreneurial thinker; exceptional work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
