Lead a team of 8+ CSMs, fostering growth and excellence.
Address and resolve customer blocking issues in collaboration with frontline managers.
Execute strategies for Signature Success Plan renewals across teams.
Work closely with peers and selling partners on capacity planning for Signature obligations.
Align customer allocations with Signature coverage, manage team-based allocations, and synchronize additional cloud resources as needed.
Partner with recruiting teams to orchestrate impactful talent acquisition events.
Collaborate on talent retention strategies, encompassing career pathing, promotions, and ongoing training.
Ensure teams are proficient in New Product Introductions (NPI) and New Service Introductions (NSI) initiatives.
Stay informed on market trends, risks, and opportunities specific to customers and industries, communicating insights to Territory & OU leaders.
As a Territory or Cloud Manager, monitor key performance indicators, including Customer Health. using Customer Success Score and Salesforce Loyalty.
As a Cloud Manager, be responsible for delivery metrics, ensuring consistent progress and results.
Possess a minimum of 4+ years in leadership roles with direct experience in customer success and team management.
Exhibit strong critical thinking and ability to use data and insights to identify trends and risks.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to bridge between various teams and levels.
Showcase a proven track record in talent management, including recruitment, retention, and development.

Become a domain expert in your spaces with the ability to articulate how the engineering systems works, process flows, and can quickly recognize dependencies and risks
Be a strategic partner to senior product and engineering leadership. Become a strong influencer with credibility with peers and stakeholders, capable of building productive, trusting relationships with partners.
Develop and roll out operational strategies, tools, and processes
Build and maintain timelines, project plans, and communication artifacts to ensure everyone is operating from the most recent and accurate information
Create and modify dashboards and track dependencies
Build automated reporting and alerts for bugs, risks, and sprint reports. And provide regular updates on programs via reports and presentations.
Track areas of concern, mitigate and escalate risks, and identify blockers with accountability for ensuring resolutions are reached
Track end-to-end projects against the committed dates and release schedule
At least 5 years leading planning, program management, and project lifecycles in a dynamic product or engineering organization
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or two years of equivalent training, or work experience
Experience working on large cross functional programs bringing together teams with different ways of working and conflicting priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with sufficient level of technical capability to effectively communicate with engineers, scope technical projects, and identify technical risks
