  • Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities

  • Manage inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort

  • Nurture early-stage opportunities

  • Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing Salesforce customers and breaking into net new logos in assigned territory

  • Partner with core seller to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas

  • Align with internal account team

  • Identify key decision makers within new accounts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in business development, sales or related field experience

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment. You think out-of-the-box and wow people with your interesting angles and quality work

  • Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of accounts that are a hybrid of net-new and existing install

  • Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment

This TPM must be highly technical and understand software architecture so that they can represent Product and Engineering in cross functional conversations as a domain expert.

Responsibilities
  • Craft and run programs that align to the Self Serve initiatives

  • Become a domain expert in your spaces with the ability to articulate how the engineering systems works, process flows, and can quickly recognize dependencies and risks

  • Be a strategic partner to senior product and engineering leadership. Become a strong influencer with credibility with peers and stakeholders, capable of building productive, trusting relationships with partners.

  • Develop and roll out operational strategies, tools, and processes

  • Build and maintain timelines, project plans, and communication artifacts to ensure everyone is operating from the most recent and accurate information

  • Create and modify dashboards and track dependencies

  • Build automated reporting and alerts for bugs, risks, and sprint reports. And provide regular updates on programs via reports and presentations.

  • Track areas of concern, mitigate and escalate risks, and identify blockers with accountability for ensuring resolutions are reached

  • Track end-to-end projects against the committed dates and release schedule

Requirements
  • At least 5 years leading planning, program management, and project lifecycles in a dynamic product or engineering organization

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or two years of equivalent training, or work experience

  • Experience working on large cross functional programs bringing together teams with different ways of working and conflicting priorities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with sufficient level of technical capability to effectively communicate with engineers, scope technical projects, and identify technical risks

  • Incredible organizational and interpersonal skills, and experience managing activities across multiple teams

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects and programs with cross-functional teams

  • Experience with agile and/or lean product development practices and principles

  • Self-motivated and the ability to motivate others

  • Can effectively navigate and cope with change and operates well in spaces with ambiguity

  • Jira user experience

Bonus Points
  • Experience with additional productivity and tracking tools

  • SQL, scripting

  • Jira administration experience

  • Leading F&S support for Industries to guide quarterly, annual, and long-range planning

  • Developing framework and building a dynamic model to analyze margin performance by sector, in partnership with GTM and other partner finance teams

  • Primary contact to Government Cloud Product & Engineering leadership. Help drive return on investment (ROI) and Pricing & Packaging analysis for product roadmap into Gov cloud environments, as well as assessing existing government cloud customers performances.

  • Partner closely with other key finance business partners to help quantify Industry product contributions to Sales and Service revenue drivers and market opportunities for expansion.

  • Preparing monthly and quarterly management reporting - analyzing financial results,distilling/synthesizingkey trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages to senior management

  • Financial Analyses and Reporting – Use financial and business metrics to evaluate investment priorities and evaluate potential alternatives

  • Partnering with M&A Finance and Corporate Development to ensure successful integration of acquisitions

  • Building deep business partner relationships across the organization to become the “go to” expert on Industries

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 6-8+ years of relevant public company work experience

  • Innate ability to understand and predict trends

  • Strong financial and operational planning skills

  • Expertise in building financial and decision support models

  • Analytical, problem-solving, advanced business acumen mindset

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to influence at all levels of an organization

  • Management skills and ability to collaborate with direct and indirect staff

  • Ability to multi-task effectively, working in team environments or independently

  • Four year university degree in accounting, finance, or economics or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week in Indianapolis, IN or Atlanta, GA.
