About the role
As the Senior Production Designer, you will be responsible for working closely with the Studio Manager and the project manager to intake project requests as they come in from HQ in Slack Lists. You will be a hands-on, pixel perfect craftsman, able to take an approved concept and confidently build it out in various sizes and media with a strong aesthetic POV, building those files to final production specifications. Types of work coming through will be mechanical production for our global events, digital design and production for demand gen campaigns including emails, banners, social, presentation design, infographic design, photoshop compositing.Please have a portfolio that shows the work you’ve been directly involved in and what your role was in those projects.
What you will do
Work closely with project managers and project requestors to understand the project scope and proactively ask pertinent questions when needed.
Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready files for events and digital demand gen, across a range of media formats.
Ability to take existing concepts and lay them out in various formats with a strong visual aesthetic.
Expert understanding of Salesforce guidelines
Take on multiple projects at one time
Highly proactive, communicative, and focused on delivering on deadlines
Ensure all final assets are properly prepared and uploaded to the internal DAM
What experience you have
BA or BFA in Marketing, Design or related field
Extensive experience in design, production or related field
Experience working in digital design and production at an internal marketing organization or advertising agency environment
Deep understanding of creative production processes across digital & print formats
Experience managing internal client relationships and agencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English.
8 years of industry or related creative experience
Expert knowledge of creative process and all digital creative software tools

You will manage a growing team of production designers, graphic designers, project managers, digital developers and other production resources and lead in the hiring of each of these roles as we continue to build the team.

A Solution Engineer at Salesforce Marketing Cloud plays a pivotal role in aligning innovative digital marketing strategies to technology solutions within key strategic accounts. This role focuses on partnering with clients and collaborating with internal team members and C-level client contacts to drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions across the various Salesforce product lines. Solutions Engineers work on a wide array of assignments including business development, operations and IT strategies, as well as executive level product demonstrations. This person must assume the role of trusted advisor for driving innovative solutions forward while also improving business performance. The Solutions Engineer focuses primarily in these three areas:
Business Problem Solving: Take ambiguous and complex business problems and using research and business assessment capabilities, define the problem, drive innovative ideas, define the opportunity set, and recommend actionable next steps.
Innovation Management: Bring rigor to a client’s decision making process by presenting and evaluating solution options, and driving consensus among key stakeholders. In some instances, we help our clients develop new decision frameworks and governance processes that continue to deliver value far beyond a particular engagement.
Connect Experiences: Demonstrate through software demos and rapid prototyping how connected experiences come to life with The Salesforce Marketing Cloud. “Solutioning” is fundamental to the Marketing Cloud SE role.
