OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
Also known as a "Pre -Sales Consultant" or "Sales Consultant," the Solution Engineer is responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in company’s technology infrastructure, and to remove all technical objections in the sales cycle. To accomplish this, the Solution Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand the customer’s needs, and establish Salesforce’s product as the best solution that solves our customer’s challenges.
Build and present customized demos of Salesforce products.
Convey deep knowledge of the customer’s technology as it pertains to Salesforce’s solutions.
Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.
Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
Ability to travel based on territory alignment and region.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Solution Engineer/Pre-sales Engineer/Technical Sales or similar role.
Solid presentation and communication skills.
Established and experienced pre-sales professional, ideally previous experience as a Sales Engineer for a CRM company or similar technology.
Experience working in the Financial Services industry.
Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology.
Knowledge of cloud technology.

We are looking for an Enablement Success Manager who will play a vital role in owning the development of sales, delivery and implementation readiness enablement to grow the Salesforce ecosystem aligned to Products and Industries. To succeed in this role, the successful candidate must work lock-step with the Alliance and Channels teams (A&C) to strategically plan for, deliver, and coordinate scalable and hands-on engagements - unlocking the full potential of our partner ecosystem from a sales, technical & product implementation perspective that focuses on customer success. Doing so will require tight collaboration, and alignment to regional business needs and Salesforce go-to-market strategic sales-plays, to drive the effective growth of our business.
The successful candidate will have experience in developing and leading the execution of Industry/Product Partner Product Success programs as well as technical Industry and product enablement skills focused on, but not limited to, driving Partner Sales & Implementation Readiness. Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize, lead, develop, deliver, and maintain repeatable sales & technical enablement content, hands-on configuration exercises, presentations, and programs to partner(s) teams that drive certification growth, sales & implementation readiness, and customer success supporting industry/product growth with a C360 lens
Drive GTM readiness to maximize Lead Generation and ACV Pipe (Annual Contract Value) impact
Equip partners to grow the depth of expertise by understanding specific use cases; build and deliver hands-on workshops to deepen product expertise
Own and deliver sales & technical enablement roadmap to partner teams based on pre-determined, high-impact areas of focus across each priority market.
Create Salesforce Sales experts, Evangelists, and Prospectors, through our key Sales programs
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and business partners including but not limited to Partner Business Managers, Partner Success, Product Management, CSG, SEs and other teams.
Leverage dashboards and other tracking tools that communicate to leadership the effectiveness of identified programs & investments via key outcomes of the enablement activities in line with the established A&C KPIs. Requirements and Skills:
Consistent track record in leading, building, and implementing enablement strategy and delivering sales/technical hands-on enablement
