• Own and manage interview scheduling to support the recruitment team efforts and coordination across multiple time zones
• Source and engage with top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
• Support full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate experience
• You'll work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers and develop skills in sourcing, coordination, and candidate management
• Greet candidates for onsite interviews

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or HR-related roles (internships or part-time work count!)
• Passion for recruiting, people, and delivering a great candidate experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with global teams

The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City. • Analyze crypto fraud trends and monitor performance with the goal of identifying fraud trends
• Research and explore data, using high level analytical tools in a technical environment
• Partner with Data Science and Product to research and develop fraud strategies for the crypto industry
• Share deep analysis conclusions and sophisticated technical methods in a clear manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Work with account managers, meet directly with clients and deliver analytic insights for business questions
• Define and execute end-to-end technical solutions for fraud-prevention problems
• Cooperate with various teams within Riskified to enhance processes and meet customers’ needs

• 5+ years working in Crypto and ACH fraud prevention
• 5+ years of relevant strong analytical experience with complex data
• Deep understanding of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain - various cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, meme coins schemes, ICO scams.
• Experienced problem solver and critical thinker
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work simultaneously on different tasks and lead multiple projects
• Hands-on work experience with SQL, R, Python - a strong plus.
• Experience with Plaid or Trustly data - a plus
• Knowledge of Regulatory Landscape and KYC processes - a plus
• Certifications: CCAS or CCFI - a plus

What You'll Be Doing

• First point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, programs, etc.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure a smooth transition for joiners and leavers
• Assist with the implementation and management of all HR policies and procedures across the organization
• Collaborate across multiple teams including, Finance, HRBPs, IT, Legal, etc. to implement programs and initiatives that are inclusive and drive positive employee experience - this will also include partnering with the Experience team on events
• Drive HR process improvement by gaining an understanding of current processes, evaluating their effectiveness, and making recommendations to improve efficiency and scalability

• 1-3+ years of experience in an HR operations role in a global organization
• Previous experience working with a PEO, Sequoia is a plus
• Expert in US benefits
• Knowledge of leave of absence administration processes and US state/federal legislation processes
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time and multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Experience with US Payroll a plus
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills
