What will you do:
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive Salesforce reports to support day-to-day business operations and performance measurement
Create advanced CRM Analytics (CRMA) reports and dashboards, providing detailed analysis to facilitate informed decision-making at global and regional levels
Develop interactive and insightful Tableau dashboards that clearly visualize key performance metrics and trends
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various regions and functions to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions
Provide analytical support and key data insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), regional meetings, and ad-hoc reporting requests
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reporting deliverables, maintaining the highest standards of quality
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement within reporting and analytics practices
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, proactively identifying trends, insights, and recommendations based on data analysis
What will you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a reporting or analytics role, preferably within sales, marketing, or related operational teams
Proven expertise in creating and managing Salesforce reports and dashboards
Solid experience with CRM Analytics (CRMA), developing detailed analytical reports and insights
Proficiency with Tableau or similar data visualization tools; demonstrated capability in creating intuitive and impactful dashboards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively engage with diverse, global stakeholder groups
High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting swiftly to shifting priorities
Familiarity with sales and marketing systems such as Outreach, Drift, Marketo, and other related platforms is an added advantage

What will you do:
Prepare monthly payroll bureau submissions and review bureau-prepared payrolls for completeness and accuracy
Process payments like net salaries to employees, tax payments, pension payments, etc.
Manage month-end reporting of payroll general ledger
Manage vacation accrual
Manage annual returns and other statutory filings as they relate to payroll, payroll taxes, and benefits
Ensure all restricted stock unit information is processed through the relevant country payroll
Complete the monthly input and reconciliation process to ensure that payrolls are adequately checked each month and variances are corrected in a timely manner
Maintain control over all documentation and processes in line with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
Work with internal and external auditors as needed to ensure the integrity of payroll information
Develop and maintain good working relationships with the payroll vendor and internal departments
What will you bring:
5+ years experience processing high volume payrolls within a multinational environment; experience with organizations with
1000+ employees
Experience processing other EMEA country payrolls (processing a Germany payroll is a plus)
Awareness of statutory legislation and procedures relating to the EMEA payroll
Ability to work on your own in a fast-paced environment to deliver results with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Experience working under strict deadlines and ensuring compliance with company policies
Interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ability to translate business needs into pragmatic solutions and implement them
Comfortable handling the ambiguity that occasionally arises in a global organization in a multi-country environment
Solid Microsoft Excel and computer literacy skills
Third-level qualification is a plus

What will you do:
Work with globally distributed, cross-functional leaders, program managers, process analysts, and delivery stakeholders to understand business needs and desired outcomes
Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to identify, document, and prioritize business objectives
Facilitate working sessions with business owners and subject matter experts to elicit, capture, and prioritize business requirements
Lead requirements definition and analysis, ensuring requirements are complete, concise, understandable, and traceable; organize into concise user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Conduct walkthroughs to validate requirements; manage stakeholder expectations and requirements scope throughout a project
Assist with identifying and documenting project risks, assumptions, and dependencies
Partner with process analysts to assist with identifying new, or changes to existing processes, policies, or operational controls
Assist change management consultants and process analysts with business readiness planning, preparation, and delivery
Document findings and recommendations from POC initiatives, including success criteria, risks, and potential implementation roadmaps.
Work with stakeholders to refine data management strategies based on insights gained through POC evaluations
What will you bring:
3+ years of experience within HR or payroll and process design
2+ years of experience in the business analysis domain and a passion for business process
Experience using project and change management tools and methodologies
Solid consulting and facilitation skills with the ability to influence
Excellent technical and business communication skills, including building presentations
Working knowledge of Google Suite, Smart Sheet, Excel, and process documentation software like Proficiency in agile software development methodology
Business analyst or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
