About the Job

The Red Hat Product team is looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) management solutions, based in our Raleigh, NC office. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert in Linux OS lifecycles, enterprise architecture, and large-scale content management. You will be responsible for evolving and delivering our product roadmap by collaborating with customers, engineering, marketing, support, and field teams. As the accountable party for driving solution delivery, you will oversee timelines, roadmap execution, and ongoing stakeholder engagement.

What you will do:

  • Drive product strategy and roadmap execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Define product features and translate business requirements into technical user stories

  • Manage product backlogs, gather and prioritize requirements

  • Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and impact

The Red Hat AI Business Unit is looking for a technical Product Manager for a hybrid role in our Raleigh, NC or Boston, MA office. What You'll Do

  • Collect and document input from users, customers, community members, partners and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop strategy and roadmap for our offerings

  • Research competitive solutions, both commercial and do-it-yourself alternatives, documenting their relative strengths and weaknesses to develop competitive positioning and collect input for new releases

  • Prioritize, document and track requirements and user stories for new releases of our offerings

  • Create and manage product roadmaps

  • Guide major enhancements of our offerings by working cross-functionally with core teams across our Engineering team and the upstream open source community

  • Work with stakeholders to manage releases and updates of our offerings and bring new AI solutions to market

  • Work with our Sales teams to respond to customer inquiries; deliver customer presentations and demos and support the overall sales process

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline. Master’s degree is a plus
