What you will do:
Sell Red Hat's offerings and services in your assigned territory or industry
Meet quantitative and qualitative performance goals and set high standards for articulation and presentation of key messages and the Red Hat value proposition
Create strategic and tactical sales plans and guide the extended sales team in implementing them to maximize revenue and growth
Meet assigned sales quotas by acquiring new customer accounts and renewing and growing existing relationships
Call on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative information, demonstrations, and price quotes for our offerings
Accurately forecast and close sales in alignment with company goals
What you will bring:
7+ years of sales management experience with a demonstrated record of success, preferably in the software or IT industry
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, or other technical discipline
Solutions sales mentality in an environment with multiple offerings and services; experience with cloud, virtualization, middleware, and emerging technologies is a plus
Solid understanding of the complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing
Ability to work as part of a dynamic team while demonstrating flexibility and initiative
Excellent communication skills with fluency in Swedish and English

Sales Specialist - OpenShift
What you will do:
Owns the development of new strategic sales opportunities.
Leads critical customer presentations/sessions around business problems, Red Hat solutions, business value, competitive positioning and product capabilities and roadmaps.
Maintains relevant and detailed knowledge about products in your domain (features, updates, success stories, etc.) and general knowledge of the RH portfolio.
Maintains knowledge and enables account teams on current "Plays" in your domain (ISVs, use cases, solution blueprints, Red Hat Sales Plays, etc.).
Advises on and speaks to forecasts for appropriate products, services and training.
Guides strategy based on deep knowledge of industry or specialty.
Positions right sized solutions (subs, services, partners) in the context of addressing the customer’s challenges or problems in their environment.
Drive growth beyond initial sale and deployment to scale and expansion to other relevant products.

Relevant experience in one or more of the following: territory, vertical, account selling.
Extensive experience with Hyperscalers and expertise in Cloud consumption models.
Ability to own workload conversations (Red Hat + ISV) around key sales plays and use cases (Modernisation, New application development, Virtualisation, AI).
Agile Development and DevOps foundation, with the ability to lead Transformation motions.
Understanding and hands on experience with Containers, Kubernetes,Application Platform, and Virtualisation
Prior experience with software development and understanding of the full software development life cycle including runtimes, APIs, integrations, and agile methodologies.
Ability to conceive and lead delivery of complete solutions (inclusive of ISVs) and orchestrate multi-vendor cycles.
