Red Hat製品を活用したシステム構成の調査や事例収集を通じて、提案活動に貢献する. 製品デモやPOCの準備・実施に関与し、Red Hat製品の技術理解を深める. 社内の技術・営業チームと連携しながら、提案や案件活動をサポートする. ワークショップやディスカバリーセッションの企画・実施を先輩とともに経験する. IT業界やコンサルティングファームでの勤務経験（目安：2～5年）またはSI/エンドユーザー企業でのシステム開発・運用経験. 顧客や社内関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションできる力. エンタープライズソリューションおよびアーキテクチャーの知識を有すること（例: クラウド、仮想化、コンテナ、ストレージ、RDBMS、Oracle や SAP などの ERP、ミドルウェア、クラスタリング、高可用性、AI）. 新しい技術・業務知識を積極的にキャッチアップし、自ら調べて試すマインドセット. お客様のIT運営に対して課題意識を持ち、変化を後押しする意志. チームの一員として、自らの役割を拡大していく意欲.
