What you will do
Coordinate reporting across multiple teams, dealing with all aspects of the program and the release process of our offerings.
Understand and proactively inform teams of schedules for active and upcoming releases or key milestones of our offerings.
Identify program challenges and drive risk management activities and mitigation plans.
Proactively direct potential issues and obstacles to appropriate functional teams. Highlight and track dependencies that cross teams or functions.
Lead strategic planning activities with the cross-functional stakeholders to design an achievable program with inclusive and transparent guidance.
Develop and nurture key relationships and the engagement with stakeholders from multiple functional groups.
Foster collaboration, trust, and accountability for departmental and cross-functional teams.
Identify and enable continuous improvements. Be both flexible and adaptable to changing demands on the program based on the needs of the business.
Evaluate initiative performance and health metrics and facilitate adjustments.
Support and maintain multi product reporting rollups for executive review.
What you will bring
Program Management Fundamentals: Proficiency in basic project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), including planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
Communication (Written & Verbal): Excellent ability to articulate complex technical and programmatic information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences (engineers, product, leadership).

The salary range for this position is $94,550.00 - $151,170.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

What will you bring:
Lead Subscription Management Workshops , educating clients on Red Hat’s subscription model and management tools to enhance their understanding and optimize subscription utilization.
Collaborate with Analysts and SEAP regional teams to conduct in-depth asset discovery workshops, gaining insights into customer environments, platforms, and use cases to drive data-driven demand analysis and optimized subscription strategies.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Subscription Education and Awareness team, customers performing inventory exercises, and sales teams, offering expert guidance on asset management practices and data-driven subscription strategies.
Enhance customer understanding of deployments, entitlement summaries, and infrastructure optimization , leveraging deep technical expertise and a passion for open-source solutions.
Work closely with SEAP stakeholders to develop detailed deployment and subscription summaries, utilizing advanced data analysis techniques to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations.
Deliver engaging training sessions to diverse audiences—including customers, partners, and internal teams—on effective subscription management practices, improving adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with Red Hat’s Product & Technologies teams to ensure alignment with the latest pricing, packaging, application guidance, and industry best practices.
Provide technical consultation to customers by evaluating their deployments and recommending appropriate Red Hat solutions, ensuring compliance and efficiency through a data-driven approach.
What will you bring:
3+ years of experience as a sales engineer or equivalent experience architecting and implementing including, but not limited to: JBOSS, Linux and/or UNIX software solutions
Solid communication and technical skills
Demonstrated record of developing relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels within organizations
Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or willingness to get certified within 180 days of being hired
Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about open source technologies and community-based development
Solid knowledge of JBoss, UNIX and Linux systems, preferably in Red Hat platform technologies
Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat Satellite, Ansible, and other related technologies
Knowledge of virtualization, RHV, VMware and other related technologies
Scripting experience with Python, Java, C, Perl, etc.
Experience in presenting to internal stakeholders, and customers and communicating the value of solutions
