In this role, you will be responsible for driving business decisions and driving system process improvements, all while managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fintech and the financial services industry, as well as a detailed knowledge of financial regulations. You should possess an ability to identify and accurately assess customer product needs and ensure regulatory compliance. You should also be comfortable understanding and presenting complex, quantitative data in graphical and tabular formats or through customer facing communication. Your core responsibilities will include developing, running and analyzing financial models to drive cost optimizations, driving system process improvements that enhance customer experience, while adhering to all financial regulations and rules. You must also have the ability to translate data models into customer and partner facing console designs that enhance the customer experience. You will also be responsible for performing audit and customer reconciliation analysis and be able to interface with various stakeholders from technical, to business, to product, and operations teams. You should also be able to identify and understand customer and partner needs and then identify ways to automated processes to improve the customer experience.
