  • Within their relevant studio in Poland responsibility of the employee life cycle (F2F interview, facilitation of onboarding processes, termination processes, support performance evaluation processes, employee retention, employee experience, sensing processes, welfare)
  • ⁠Act as partner to the local division leadership group as well as local HR focal point for employees
  • Partner in building & implementing and promoting the studio/division HR strategy in the local sit
  • ⁠Identify and reflect local needs and market trends

Requirements:

  • ⁠Relevant higher degree
  • ⁠3+ years of experience as HR BP/HR Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across Solitaire studio to create technical backlog and roadmap;
  • Work closely with development teams before and during the sprints to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are designing great effective solutions;
  • Synchronize with other POs across the organization to ensure successful deliveries;
  • Provide a clear picture of the projects to the management;
  • Inspire and motivate highly technical development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency;
  • Promote Continuous Improvement of the teams;
  • Own all tech improvements: drive them across all teams in the studio, highlight dependencies between teams, explain the reasoning for higher management and the business, provide status of the progress for all stakeholders;
  • Monitor technical metrics of the application and suggest improvements for them;
  • Facilitate and contribute to technical discussions.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of development experience;
  • 2+ years of managing projects, teams or products;
  • Strong communication and leadership skills;
  • Product Owner experience with agile methodologies (Scrum strongly desired);
  • Good understanding of business goals and priorities;
  • Good presentation skills and experience with presenting project results to a wide audience;
  • Experience in writing Technical Design Documents or Technical Requirements;
  • Strong knowledge of agile development practices (especially Scrum), methodologies and tools;
  • Experience writing user stories, grooming product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements;
  • Experience in communication with foreign partners;
