Your role:

  • Lead the global technical training function, managing a team of trainers to deliver high-impact education programs.

  • Oversee curriculum development for virtual, in-person, and blended learning experiences using the latest tools and platforms.

  • Execute root cause analysis and manage escalations on supply chain issues caused by Design, Quality, and delivery that the buyer cannot mitigate. Consolidate demand in case of global material constraints on a commodity level.
  • Understand supplier manufacturing processes and constraints and team up with the Commodity team to align supplier capacity to meet mid—and long-term OMM (forecast) requirements.
