Your role:

• Carrying out corrective, breakdown and preventive maintenance of machinery, performing structural improvements and remedying complex failures.
• Contributing to the optimization of equipment and production process in relation to other disciplines, while sustaining performance.
• Providing guidance to working groups to co-develop, innovate and improve maintenance tools and processes for optimizing the long term.
• Support engineering teams with any design fabrication and implementation of new or existing equipment throughout the site.
• Managing the inventory of spare parts for implemented equipment.

• You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience working with automated manufacturing (dispensing, heat sealing and pick & place applications) and/or packaging equipment and 1+ years of experience performing electrical and pneumatic utility installation.

The pay range for this position in Ontario, CA is $24.00 to $39.00.

Your role:

• Bringing components and material required to build production orders to the assembly line accordingly in a timely fashion, while also verifying quantity.
• Ensuring that materials brought to the lines meet specifications as per work orders.
• Communicating with the team leader to support work order change overs, ensuring they are carried out timely to guarantee the production schedule is accomplished.
• Reporting any material or inventory issues to the team lead and/or group leader.
• Participating in the set-up or start-up of production lines.

Your role:

• Contact shipping agents to provide them with information. Scheduling, loading, and tracking shipments for our Oral Healthcare and Mother and Child Care products.
• Preparing shipping documents for customers, as well as shipping reports for management.
• Maintaining the schedules of incoming and outgoing shipments, while keeping a meticulous record of shipment information.
• Communicating with national and international clients and shippers to resolve any complaints.
• Picking and packing orders and loading trucks as necessary.

• Following procedurs and guidelines to perform machine operation, equipment operation, assembly of oral care kits (bottle filing and brush head assembly) and applying labels by hand.
• Taking part in the production line set-up to build high-quality items that meet our customers' requirements.
• Maintaining a strong sense of collaboration, while assisting the team lead in providing assembly line workers with on-the-job training and adhering to daily standard work to maintain consistency.
• Carrying out daily 6’s audits according to program, while also verifying component kits are a match against the work order. Participating in the continuous improvement culture by submitting Kaizens in safety, productivity and other improvements to reduce waste.
