Senior Global Web Strategy Manager

As our Senior Global Web Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for driving our global web management capability to support the Philips web experience across our health systems businesses.

Your role:

  • Drive our global web content management capability to work with our health system businesses to understand audience engagement needs on the web and to recommend and execute web updates to meet those needs. This will include providing input to our business digital team and marcom on content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and target audience, from a web optimization perspective.
  • Be part of a team to drive our customer experience to the next level resulting in measurable customer and business impact. Leverage content optimization best practices along with search engine optimization to increase search engine visibility and conversion.
  • Thoughtfully leverage the latest in web innovation and AI to create and enhance a web experience fit for future, supporting the entire end-to-end customer journey.
  • Strategically identify how other channels (i.e. eCommerce, paid search, media, email, etc.) in the digital ecosystem should integrate with our web experience to maximize impact. Monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, customer NPS and other metrics to measure the success of the web and content experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, customer service, sales, IT, design, and others to ensure a unified and harmonious end-to-end customer experience.

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in indirect tax, gained within a large multi-national corporation and/or public accounting firm, with a background in areas such as tax law, tax planning, financial analysis, auditing, or related discipline.

  • Your skills include strong demonstrate expertise in regulatory compliance, financial planning, and U.S. indirect tax regulations, with hands-on experience in SAP, Vertex O Series, and HRS Pro for unclaimed property management. Skilled in cash flow management, documentation, auditing, and risk mitigation, supported by strong financial acumen and a commitment to continuous improvement and due diligence.

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field (required). A Master's degree in Taxation is preferred. CPA certification is a plus but not required.

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $124,000 to $197,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered.   • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Product Management or equivalent. Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or MHA) preferred. 7+ years of B2B healthcare marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software or healthcare informatics.
