As a Clinical marketing manager, you will work on the implementation and execution of a strong market readiness, be involved with downstream marketing activities and content development, provide inputs into product development, and partner with key internal stakeholders to support their go to market initiatives. In addition, involvement in clinical validation activities, claims generation and the regulatory submission process for new product introduction. Accountable for IGT-S customer visits, KOL and reference site management, participate in international tradeshows, and proof point collection with your strong clinical knowledge, hands-on expertise in IGT-S.

1. Your role:

  • Drives clinical programs to support market readiness and post-market growth initiatives.
  • Support downstream marketing functions with image collection, that highlights our IGT-S solution proof points, whilst ensuring patient and data privacy (this is in coordination with IGT-S clinical application specialists)
  • Support marketing strategy, roadmap implementation, providing inputs relating to workflow, quantification and imaging performance.
  • Contributes to the global and regional KOL/reference site management, speaker pool, and peer-to-peer market activities (in collaborate with clinical scientist).
  • In coordination with IGT-S application specialist, builds and maintains a competitive clinical content database (e.g., clinical images and case) aligned with product value propositions.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally across internal teams and global markets to drive clinical adoption and knowledge sharing.
  • Provides training to empower clinical experts and enhance customer engagement.
  • Deliver customer product demonstrations during congress/tradeshow

Education

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in medical related field, Healthcare Administration and/or equivalent.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Masters/Bachelor's in areas in Medicine, Healthcare Technology, Product Management, Medical Technology, Medical Sales, Clinical Marketing or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in a medical field, experience in Interventional procedures is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of the cathlab technology and familiarities with other imaging modalities (CT, MR, US)
  • Good clinical knowledge allowing to understand customer needs and value drivers in the healthcare imaging domain and more specifically minimally invasive interventional procedures
  • Boldness to support market readiness and expansion whenever possible, exploiting Philips technologies, market positions and brand
  • Ability to synthesize market and customer feedback into insights helping clinical adoption
  • Good organization skills especially in supporting marketing events.
  • Ability to deliver in a complex environment (high-end technology, highly professional customers, and global scope) to meet demanding business targets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead a multi-functional and global team to contribute to market readiness and market expansion. Ability to relate and communicate with different levels and functions in the organization
