In this role you will be responsible for driving Cardiology Informatics sales growth in the UK&I by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a self-starter mentality and eagerness to create new opportunities for Cardiology Informatics across UK&I, with a passion for building new customer relationships, winning new profitable deals, and a focus on delivering results for Philips and our customers.
This is a National Role and requires a minimum of 50% travel

Operating at an advanced technical level to provide expert advice & solutions to our customers and colleagues.
Providing field based and remote technical support to customers and colleagues in line with relevant training and experience.
Carrying out corrective, preventative, installation and field change order activities on complex healthcare systems.
Diagnosing mechanical, hardware and software system failures using established procedures and information.
Determining most cost effective repair/solution to minimize customer downtime.
Actively participating in an ongoing rotation with the Field Service Engineer team, providing customers with direct remote support in a 5 by 7 working pattern.
You are a part of a
You are reporting directly to the District Service Delivery Manager.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
HNC (NVQ Level 4) or Degree in Electro-engineering or equivalent highly desirable
Experienced logical problem solver with ability to work independently
Experienced in carrying out corrective and preventative works for Imaging Systems devices and equipment desirable
The ability to process knowledge across multi-modality and diverse product ranges
Recognize new technologies and adapts to daily challenges
Deliver high levels of customer service
Competent in IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service desirable
You are currently living in the South West region, ideally around London or South East.
