Your role:
Customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.
Assisting in service repair, preventative maintenance, field change orders / installations.
Identifying and solving customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate.
Operating under required knowledge of regulatory requirement.
As a Field Service engineer you will be supporting MRI & CT modalities, work as a team member of Service delivery team and reporting to Service Delivery Manager.
You're the right fit if:
University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, degree, or any other relevant engineering major.
Previous hands-on experience servicing medical or other high technology equipment.
Minimum 3 years demonstrated, repair and troubleshooting skills with experience in MRI / CT
Good command of English written and spoken
Good command of MS Office programs
No restriction for travelling.

Your role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement channel strategies to maximize sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets through indirect sales channels.
2. Identify and recruit new channel partners, distributors, and resellers to expand market coverage and reach untapped customer segments.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing support, training, and resources to drive sales performance.
5. Monitor channel performance, track key metrics, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize channel effectiveness.
6. Provide regular communication and updates to channel partners on product launches, pricing changes, and other relevant information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in channel management, partner management, or indirect sales roles.
- Proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, andrelationship-buildingskills.

• Collaborate with other departments across the company to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure accounts remain in good standing through consistent follow up and communication
• Demonstrate solution-selling skills and manage internal relationships with the sales and customer delivery organizations to meet renewal and retention objectives
• Identify and share opportunities and leads with the Sales Account Manager and / or Sales specialists to drive up customer expansion within the existing customer base.
• Participate in customer calls and meetings to address outstanding issues, communicate value of the offerings and partnerships and explain contractual pricing, terms and conditions.

Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology or software business
