You will drive the overall Cardiovascular Ultrasound modality business, through developing and managing network of highly effective and productive Channel Partners, KOL relationship building and supporting Channel Managers with Cardiovascular Ultrasound product expertise. You will participate in defining and controlling the implementation of the business plan, market strategy and identify new business opportunities.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and orders by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of Cardiac Ultrasound products.
  • Deploy strategies and tactical plans for the indirect sales channel based on customer needs, synchronized with the business clusters and district objectives.
  • Oversee distributor management, addressing a wide range of issues that require in-depth analysis of distributor data and evaluation of key factors.
  • Develop solutions for complex technical challenges by applying newly acquired expertise in distributor management.
  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing distributor operations, overseeing teams of various disciplines.
  • Define and oversee distributor requirements, responsibilities, and obligations.
  • Facilitate information sharing and provide educational support to our partners.
  • Implement advanced principles of distributor processes across various tasks.
  • Cultivate and nurture Key Opinion Leader relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience in the medical devices sector with relevant job role is preferred.
  • Understanding of Cardiovascular Ultrasound products is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Cardiovascular Ultrasound sales with Channel Partners network management preferred.
  • Strong training abilities and communication skills.
  • Fluency both in Korean and English.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the promotion of Philips CT products and systems, with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction.   • Provide input in the generation of order intake / sales forecast.
  • Participate in sales planning exercise within the BIU, supporting quality of funnel management.
  • Provide information about market trends, competitor’s sales practices and potential projects to Business Manager.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business with Philips Healthcare.
  • Plan & implement new products launching.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • University degree or above.
  • 3-12 years of experience in sales or clinical environment with radiology imaging systems or relevant medical device area preferred.
  • Relevant experience in B2B and B2G marketing, with a background in product marketing, brand management, new product launches, and campaign execution within the medical device industry preferred.
  • Experience in engaging with radiology customers is highly desired.
  • Passion and motivation for sales and business challenges.
  • Resilience and ability to influence others.
  • Customer orientation, good communication and analytical skill.

    Clinical experience in radiology modalities such as CT and MR, or hands-on experience supporting/educating users on imaging workstation/post-processing software. Prior experience with AVW-like advanced 3D/4D visualization platforms is highly desirable.
  • Technical and Communication Skills

  • Documents meticulously and provides detailed reporting on application implementations, ensuring accuracy and completeness to support seamless project management and regulatory compliance.
  • Adapts Philips' clinical applications to intricately meet diverse customer specifications and operational complexities, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance in healthcare settings.
  • Ensures strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal protocols throughout all post-sales stages of application deployment, ensuring compliance and safeguarding patient safety, working under limited supervision.

  • Experience in Angiography, Image guided therapy product domain preferred.
  • Presentation, communication and follow up skills (in both Korean and English).

You will drive the overall Cardiovascular Ultrasound modality business, through developing and managing network of highly effective and productive Channel Partners, KOL relationship building and supporting Channel Managers with Cardiovascular Ultrasound product expertise. You will participate in defining and controlling the implementation of the business plan, market strategy and identify new business opportunities.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and orders by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of Cardiac Ultrasound products.
  • Deploy strategies and tactical plans for the indirect sales channel based on customer needs, synchronized with the business clusters and district objectives.
  • Oversee distributor management, addressing a wide range of issues that require in-depth analysis of distributor data and evaluation of key factors.
  • Develop solutions for complex technical challenges by applying newly acquired expertise in distributor management.
  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing distributor operations, overseeing teams of various disciplines.
  • Define and oversee distributor requirements, responsibilities, and obligations.
  • Facilitate information sharing and provide educational support to our partners.
  • Implement advanced principles of distributor processes across various tasks.
  • Cultivate and nurture Key Opinion Leader relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience in the medical devices sector with relevant job role is preferred.
  • Understanding of Cardiovascular Ultrasound products is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Cardiovascular Ultrasound sales with Channel Partners network management preferred.
  • Strong training abilities and communication skills.
  • Fluency both in Korean and English.
  • Capable of actively building connections with key stakeholders within and beyond Philips to keep abreast of emerging developments and insights of Cardiovascular ultrasound domain.
  • Thorough comprehension of the area of specialization, with the ability to creatively address a wide spectrum of challenges.
