Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure CI IT solutions: Advanced Visualization (AV) application server and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

  • Perform software upgrades to ensure optimal performance.

  • Provide remote support, managing customer calls and resolving issues.

  • Validate prerequisites and deploy technical solutions according to project schedules.

  • Validate proposed solutions in pre-sales and provide custom solutions to customer requests.

  • Develop detailed technical documents for configurations and settings.

  • Ensure the successful production rollout of installed solutions.

  • Share user feedback and suggestions for system improvements with Quality and Development teams.

  • Review customer feedback to make recommendations for engineering changes, if necessary.

  • Participate in project retrospectives to identify areas for future improvement.

You will be part of the Healthcare Informatics Operation team, joining a dedicated Clinical Informatics team of project managers. You will work closely with technical and application consultants and interact with sales teams. Your role requires interaction with healthcare professionals in radiology and hospital IT departments to integrate our AV/AI solutions into clinical workflows.
Your role:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Engineering degree in Computer Science.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT deployment and/or IT support, ideally in a hospital setting.

  • Excellent IT skills, along with strong team spirit, interpersonal skills, and pedagogical abilities for customer service excellence.

  • Strong client, solution, and results orientation.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Expertise in medical IT, including mastery of hospital workflows and relevant standards.

  • Proficient in IT troubleshooting and logs analysis correlated to solution usage.

Technical Knowledge Required:

  • Windows servers, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)

  • DICOM Interface and HL7 Interface.

  • Network protocols and limitations.
