Factory Controller

Theis responsible for leading financial planning for the Bothell, USA factory including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Your role:

• The role prepares and presents detailed financial reports, supporting financial planning activities, and developing accurate forecasts.
• The role evaluates factory cost price, monitors financial performance, supports key financial meeting, and works closely with other finance teams to maintain accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
• Conducts complex financial analysis, such as profitability analysis, margin analysis, and ROI assessments, to support high-impact business decisions and drive continuous improvement in financial performance.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired +6 years of experience in finance business partnering or in FP&A.
• Your skills include financial modeling, forecasting, risk management, audit planning and budget management.
• You have a degree in accounting, finance, economics or business administration. MBA is preferred.
• You’re an avid user of SAP.

• The role evaluates factory cost price, monitors financial performance, supports key financial meeting, and works closely with other finance teams to maintain accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
• Conducts complex financial analysis, such as profitability analysis, margin analysis, and ROI assessments, to support high-impact business decisions and drive continuous improvement in financial performance.

• You’ve acquired +6 years of experience in finance business partnering or in FP&A. (work experience; individual contributor
• Your skills include financial modeling, forecasting, risk management, audit planning and budget management.
• You have a degree in accounting, finance, economics or business administration. MBA is preferred.
• You’re an avid user of Excel and SAP.
