  • Own the management of specific planning tools and systems that support Philips’s planning activities, including S&OP, S&OE, demand, sales and supply planning.

  • Operating knowledge in digital planning and analytics systems in the areas of integrated business planning, demand and supply planning.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, driving Agile practices and managing digital initiatives and agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, etc.) is a plus.

  • Strong project management skills, including experience in resource allocation, budget management, and timeline tracking - including the ability to lead multiple initiatives concurrently while meeting deadlines.
