Your role:
Lead and support procurement projects within an assigned key category, focusing on cost savings, quality improvements, supply optimization, and innovation.
Identify and deliver Bill of Materials (BoM) cost reductions through concept and source changes, as well as supporting supplier negotiations.
Drive supplier engagement for RFPs, ensuring technical alignment, competitive pricing, and full participation.
Support Design for Excellence (DfX) and early supplier involvement to enhance product performance and reduce costs.
Build and maintain product cost roadmaps, ensuring supplier readiness across launch and lifecycle phases.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and Commercial functions while engaging global suppliers to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Develop and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving projects that deliver both bottom line savings and top line growth opportunities for Oral Health Care.
Improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) by identifying opportunities beyond component costs.
Continuously seek process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency.

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or bring equivalent relevant experience
You have 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, R&D, or related fields; international work experience is a plus
You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach with a global mindset
You can work independently with a high sense of ownership
You are skilled in communicating and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization

You will be responsible for maintaining, validating, and verifying complex mechanical components and subsystems, ensuring our advanced medical imaging solutions remain safe, reliable, and compliant with international standards throughout their lifecycle.
Your role:As Senior Mechanical Designer (LCM), you will safeguard the quality, reliability, and patient safety of Philips’ medical imaging systems—supporting clinicians to deliver precise and effective patient care across the globe.
You will be part of the Engineering Department within the Lifecycle Management (LCM) Mechatronic Development Cluster, part of the IGT Fixed Systems R&D organization. This diverse and collaborative team works on both lifecycle management and new product introductions (PDLM). You will collaborate with colleagues across disciplines (electrical, electronics, mechatronics, compliance, validation, purchasing, and quality) as well as external suppliers and partners.
This position offers the chance to deepen your expertise in lifecycle management, regulated product development, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. You’ll strengthen your skills in mechanical design, analysis, testing, and verification
10+ years in professional engineering, including at least 5 years in mechanical development, testing, or measurement in a highly regulated industry (medical preferred).
Strong expertise in mechanical design & analysis, lifecycle management, testing, verification, and automation. Hands-on, accurate, and improvement-driven.
Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Excellent communicator and team player, proactive, energetic, and experienced in cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
