Your role:
The Digital Innovation intern will support the Global Grooming & Beauty Digital Solutions team by contributing to various running innovation projects as part of our business’ digital strategy. These projects range from Agile App Development, Advanced Development (like AI/ML algorithms), Value Proposition Creation and Product Development, Launch & Monitoring. You will be working closely with 1-2 Sr. Digital Consumer Marketing Managers and a wider team of digital experts. As part of the team, you will:
Support innovation and value proposition creation by assisting in consumer needs research, market trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
Contribute to digital analytics and user insights to track KPI’s and help inform product strategy and (AI/ML) feature development.
Assist in the translation of consumer and business needs into clear product requirements for software and hardware development teams.
Participate in cross-functional workshops, ideation sessions, and project meetings to help shape the future of our connected products.
Help prepare presentations, reports, and research summaries to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Innovation Management, Strategic Product Design, Human Technology Interaction, Digital Business & Innovation, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital innovation, consumer behavior, and product development.
Experience or interest in consumer research, digital analytics, or UX is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.
Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net
Paid holidays per internship term.

We're seeking a skilled Cloud-Native Developer with Kubernetes expertise to join our department. Working in a small and skilled multidisciplinary innovation team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, containerized applications and infrastructure using Kubernetes and modern cloud-native technologies. You’ll play a pivotal role in enabling meaningful innovations that advance minimally invasive clinical procedures, helping shape the future of clinical interventions and improve patients’ lives.
Your role:
Empower the innovation team to explore and develop cloud-native, containerized concepts and prototypes through hands-on full-stack software development.
Collaborate cross-functionally with innovation engineers, UI/UX designers, clinical scientists, marketers, and business developers to refine and validate concepts.
Manage Kubernetes clusters throughout their lifecycle, including provisioning, upgrades, scaling, and maintenance.
Deliver impact by contributing to meaningful innovations, intellectual property, and solution transfers that support Philips’ growth and mission.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
Work Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Software Development, Software Design and Architecture, Testing and Quality Assurance or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
You have 2+ years of experience managing Kubernetes clusters in a production environment (e.g., AWS, OpenStack)
You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing web-based software solutions, combining back-end (e.g., C++, C#, Python, REST APIs) and front-end technologies (modern JS frameworks, React) - preferably in a healthcare context.
You are a well-rounded developer with an innovator’s mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.

You are responsible for
· Enabling commercial success of the MR CLV business focusing on SmartSpeed in the APAC region.
· Ensuring MR CLV SmartSpeed enablers are in place from the business / category to realize commercial plans.
· Identifying changing regional situations or in region competitor moves and appropriate responses in region especially around MR CLV market segment.
