Analyse critical commercial processes related to the Ambulatory Monitoring and Diagnostics (AM&D) business worldwide, standardize and improve business reporting, and create new performance management reporting. You are the driving force behind the weekly performance management cadence, collaborating with sales managers in different countries to provide a latest view on the business performance. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to participate in several strategic projects to improve the performance of the business or to explore new business opportunities.

You are responsible for

  • Supporting Markets, businesses and functional organizations in analysing AM&D business

  • Create and update a Daily Management Board for the AM&D International team

  • Create new standard relevant reporting

  • participate in several strategic projects to improve the performance of the business or to explore new business opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, or last year Bachelor in Business Management, Finance, Business Analytics or related

  • Expert level of Microsoft Excel skills

  • Ability to summarize complex data in comprehensive visuals

  • Experience with SAP, Qlikview, SQL, Oracle database structures is a plus

  • Good level of English (will be the day to day language)

  • Curious, organization skills, eager to learn

  • Project management is a plus

  • Ability to work effectively with senior people across different cultures

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams located around the world

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.

  • Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.

  • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net

  • Paid holidays per internship term.

  • The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at our Philips shop

  • Support Partner Program management and operations with data processing and reports

  • Support with data processing and analytics

  • Currently studying towards a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Commercial, Operations or related field

  • Strong analytical skills , data analysis, and very good knowledge of Excel

  • Attention to details

  • Good command of English in writing and speaking

Your role:

You’ll join the dedicated AI team within Enterprise Informatics, in a business operations and PMO (project management office) capacity. You will beinvolved in various activities that help streamline project- and product management processes
You’ll partner closely with our AI Product Manager, contribute to ongoing initiatives across multiple domains, and even lead a focused mini‑initiative of your own.


You are responsible for:

  • Map & Analyse Internal Workflows - research existing Philips processes to spot inefficiencies and rank opportunities for AI.

  • Backlog & User Story Ownership - maintain product backlogs, write crisp user stories, and keep documentation current in lock step with the AI Product Manager.

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve - track emerging AI methods, tools, and trends that could accelerate internal adoption.

  • Show & Tell - present insights, demos, and lessons learned to stakeholders across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and more.

  • Run a Mini Initiative - own a scoped AI proof of value from discovery through MVP for one internal domain.

  • Master's student in Engineering, Business Administration, or anything related to AI.

  • Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

  • You will gain experience in web analytics (Google Analytics 4) by translating stakeholder's needs into meaningful dashboards.

You're the right fit if:

  • Studying towards your bachelor or master in Finance, Data analytics, Statistics or Economics;
