Consumer Marketing Specialist

Consumer Marketing Specialistis responsible for preparing new product introduction, driving marketing communication and ensuring business performance in Mexico and North Latam's sales ambition to grow.

Your role:

• Responsible for delivering the marketing strategy, deploying activities, and guaranteeing growth business results within Marketplaces and key clients in Mexico and North LATAM Countries.
• You will partner with Marketing, Media, and Commercial teams, in order to drive business growth via activities and campaigns, based on global roadmap and local market requirements.
• Analyzes the consumer experience journey across categories to identify key triggers and barriers, helping to inform the marketing objectives and required behavior shifts to meet business goals.
• Participates in the development of shopper marketing plans with relevant teams, ensuring the successful launch of new propositions that are in line with consumer expectations and market conditions.

How we work together

Your role:

• Building, deploying and/or integrating solutions
• Collaborate on fulfilling technical implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration and testing
• Based on customer requirements, serves as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment
• Resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support
• Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development
• Contributes to the collective learning of Philips, seeking to share knowledge globally; assesses and shares repeatable processes that can be leveraged across multiple projects

CRM & Consumer Engagement Senior InternYour role:

• Collaborating with the CRM team to define and implement CRM programs aligned with the business strategy and based on consumer’s digital and e-commerce behavior in Chile and Mexico.
• Working with the CRM team to build best in class CRM experiences that will increase brand perception, retention and loyalty.
• Implementing CRM campaigns in key commercial moments across different channels, product launches and communication strategies to engage our database, working closely with the Marketing, e-Trade and Sales teams.
• Supporting the CRM team in the localization and execution of strategic plans to recruit and engage consumers through Philips apps (Pregnancy+, Baby+ etc.).
• Working with the team in Ratings & Reviews initiatives: developing and monitoring digital and omnichannel activities to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across Personal Health categories, including Beauty, Male Grooming, and Mother & Child Care.
• Preparing analytic reports to assess campaign performance and identify actionable insights for higher consumer engagement and sales conversion.
• Conducting social listening to monitor consumer behavior and market trends, sharing relevant findings with Marketing teams to drive continuous improvement across categories.
• Collaborating closely with LATAM and international teams to align strategic actions that will have an impact on business and targets.

Specifically, the job responsibilities include:

• Technical documents translation.
• Drawing of tooling development.
• Responsible for the assigned tasks’ quality of work, reliability, schedule, cost and completion of tasks on one or more modules. Deliver quality results in assignments.
• Complete associated engineering tasks assigned by manager on needs.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in electronic engineering/ mechatronics/ measurement and control/ communication engineering/ automation equipment development, etc.
• Strong data statistics and analyzing ability
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
• Positive and outgoing personality, good at communication and cooperation.
• Be able to guarantee at least 3-4 days a week internship time, 3-6 months

Intern Collection
You are responsible on your customer’s account in an E2E perspective, from the daily calls to get the money until the application on his accounts and conciliation. You will work on the last part of the chain and directly with our customers, you will be able to work on understanding our customer’s needs by listening their feedback and work on a solution inside the company. .
