Senior Demand Planner
Your role:
・Review and analyze historical sales trends, sell out, stock in-trade, research demand drivers, prepare forecast analytics and evaluate forecast results.
・Lead conversation with relevant counterparts, propose forecast adjustments and challenge assumptions underpinning input.
・Support all relevant functions in creating and communicating gap closing scenarios.
・Adjust forecasts based on meeting outputs
You're the right fit if:
1. Experience.
・Min 8 years of business experience with 5 years of experience in Demand, Supply, or Manufacturing Planning, S&OP/ IBP, and/ or Forecasting Experience.
2. Skills.
・Communication skills in both Japanese and English.
・Good expectation / service level control both in terms of demand planning/execution & supply planning/execution.
・Analytical Skills with high knowledge of Microsoft applications.
・SAP experiences preferred.
・Demand planning application experiences preferred.
・People management experience preferred but flexibility & open mind-set required as immediate assignment will not be a people manager.
3. Education.
・University Bachelors Degree in Economics, Commercials, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance or equivalent major preferred.
