You will

Area of responsibility includes Pre & Post Sales Phases, within EMEA.

Your role:

• Analyze and define data migration strategies by documenting customer requirements, assessing legacy systems, verifying target solutions, and conducting preliminary risk analyses to ensure smooth transitions.
• Design and execute end-to-end migration processes , including developing migration channels, performing QA sample migrations, incorporating client feedback, and executing final data transfer while managing exceptions.
• Develop detailed documentation and reports , ensuring transparency and traceability of the migration process, and provide support for team planning and continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support presales activities and deal approvals , providing technical expertise and guidance to align migration solutions with business objectives.

• University Degree/Master Degree or equivalent in IT, technical field, or a related field
• 5 years experience in a similar role
• Database design,implementation/development,administration (Oracle DBA level a gold plus but not a mandatory requirement)
• Development of simple integration components (Visual Studio, .Net, Java, J2EE, PL/SQL developer, C, C++, COM object based interfaces, Web interfaces, XML, Soap, etc.)
• Medical Standards: DICOM and Health Level Seven (HL7), Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise
• Italian mother tongue and excellent verbal and written English language skills

As anin Radiology Informatics, you'll play a crucial role in delivering seamless integration services to connect Philips Enterprise Informatics (EI) and Radiology Informatics (RI) solutions with systems from other leading vendors. You'll work collaboratively with a global team to provide complete solutions to healthcare organizations.

Integration Analysis:

• Document detailed customer requirements

• Define workflows, conduct customers interviews, design solutions, and define interface

• Evaluate alternative solutions and estimate effort

• Prepare and qualify integration service offers to create work packages and quote services

• Develop test plans and test environment

Integration Delivery:

• Implement solutions by developing components or configuring existing products

• Execute unit and system testing

• Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently

• Define service strategies and procedures for the integrated solution

• Document solutions and hand them over to the service organization for maintenance

• Convert requirements into detailed specifications and work units

• Educational Background: University Degree/Master's Degree or equivalent in IT, technical field, or a related field

• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a similar role or developer position

• Technical Skills:

• Database design, implementation, development, and administration

• Proficiency in development tools (Visual Studio, .NET, Java, J2EE, PL/SQL, C, C++, COM, Web interfaces, XML, SOAP, etc.)

• Strong understanding of medical standards (DICOM, HL7, IHE)

• You will learn how to do new installations and upgrades of Picture Archiving and Communication System for Radiology.

• You will be part of an international project delivery team for EMEA, responsible for supporting installations and upgrades of Radiology Informatics solutions across EMEA region.

1.You are a recent graduate of a Technical School (IT background preferred) or with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field
2. You have a basic technical background in software/hardware solutions: storage, servers, workstation, virtualization, database and troubleshooting. Oracla and SQL basic knowledge would be a plus.
3. You have a problem solving, analytical approach and a team working attitude
4.You have excellent communication skills in Italian and English.

You will be act as subject matter expert providing support and working on the resolution of escalated cases in Radiology Informatics systemsin Europe.

Your role:

• You will work with high innovative software solutions in Radiology Informatics , resolving technical barriers that are critical to improving diagnosis of patients and saving people lives. Your will make the most of your technical and analytical skills to troubleshootinformaticssolutions at any level (HW, SW, Database, Network)
• In this highly collaborative and customer oriented role, you will work directly with our customers in Europe in solving technical issues based on escalated cases, collaborating with all our Customer Service organization and working with R&D teams to improve solutions.
• This role offers you the opportunity to be part of one of the highest competent European Customer Service teams, responsible for Europe HCIS ( Healthcare Information Solutions ) Incident and Problem Management, based in our Informatics Hub in Genoa.

• Master or bachelor degree of Science in Informatics, Biomedical Engineering or an equivalent combination of related experience and education.
• You have acquired 2-3 years of experience in Informatics, especially as systems administrator.

• IT infrastructure components including Servers, Storage Appliances, Network Appliances, Security Appliances and the related technologies
• Data Base (Oracle/SQL), Microsoft 2012/2016/2019 Server, Hyper-V technologies
• IT related medical standards: e.g., DICOM , Health Level Seven ( HL7 ), and ( IHE ) Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (preferred)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and passion about customer success and problem solving.
